I have used Priceline for years to book hotels. Tonight, logged in and my account was locked and directed to "Contact Us" only couldn't get past their automation system to talk with a real person. I tried again and was able to sign in, booked the hotel, then it rejected my credit card. At this point, I am concerned my account has been hacked. Priceline has been a nightmare. I booked a vacation to *****for our 40th anniversary which should have been a happy and exciting time. They double charged for flights. I have called numerous times. They said I needed to email them my credit card statement which was ridiculous, but I did after I had to redact all additional information. They are the ones that made the mistake and they ought to be the one researching and fixing it. Customer service sucks, I'm currently on hold for 30 mins on my 4th call. All I want to do is change my flight time and date, I'm will to pay the fee too. They either hang up on you or just ignore you. I'm done with your poor service after 20 years of loyalty to you ??????

If I could leave a negative star, then I would. I set up a reservation through Priceline for *******car rental. I guess I didn’t see the fine print concerning non transfer and non cancellations. My mistake, so I will own it. There are plenty of travel agencies that will allow cancellations: ****** *book it, ***** etc. what kind of company doesn’t allow cancellations? Especially if that cancellation is made weeks before the rental! I can understand if I cancelled the day before, then maybe a cancellation fee, etc. I feel like... read more

Zero is what Priceline.com deserves! I have this booking Priceline Trip Number: ***************I went to their web page today and was looking for a decent hotel to stay from 2/13-2/15. They popped their price breaker deal on my screen and says for $58/night I could get one of the three hotels! Two of which is ******* which is 111/night and the ****** ****** which is $78/night and the third is ***** ***** which is $61/night. The Priceline 1-800 audio recording for cancellation is inaccurate and misleading. I recently canceled a reservation less than 24 hours after booking and was advised on their voice recording I would receive my full refund. Shortly after, I received an email stating that I would receive no refund. I called and talked to the customer service representatives who are not willing to work with me to rebook, refund, or provide any type of account credit. I booked a room for $5,000.00 and was happy with that, and then bought flights through Hawaiian for my trip. Luckily I called the hotel to inquire about restaurants etc, but was told I dont have a reservation. I had already checked my CC and saw that they had authorized my card for the $5,000.00, so I then called priceline. Priceline then informed me that even though I had booked that room and they confirmed it, that the reservation was not finalized and I would have to rebook the room at almost twice the cost. They did not adhere to there policy and reimburse me for the funds I was entitle to. I rented a van when I went to pick up the van was rented to someone else. I contacted Priceline told them, they said rent some where else and we would refund you the difference of the van purchase only if the same type of car, same day rental, within 24 hours. So I did exactly as they told me and the same moment I rented a van. I later ask for the refund and they told me the 1st place I rented that they had rented the car that I didn't take ... read more
