I’ve spoken to them at least 4 times and they do not care if you make a BBB complaint. Clearly customer service does not care about the customers. This is not the time just take someone’s hard earned money especially when you lied about the quality of the hotel! Disgusting business practices.

I will never use Priceline ever again! Worst customer service during the pandemic. They need to do the right thing and refund customers to cancel since we are mandated to stay home.

Wow! With the current shelter in place orders in the U.S., Priceline's no refund or credit policy should be waived. My trip was canceled, but Priceline will not refund my rental car fee. I suppose this is their way of taking advantage of people and making money not matter the situation. At least they could give credit to be used in the future. Needless to say, I will never book through Priceline again. * ** ********

Unbelievably bad company. Beware of using Priceline for any reservations. I believe this company is conducting a planned scam. I found they are setting up an automated response system that repeatedly disconnects a legitimate call trying to cancel a reservation by asking for non-existent information and providing no live help. Very easy service to use. They are unwilling to work with me during COVID -19 pandemic. 190 may be a big deal to them here and now but they will lose out on much more by being unwilling to listen to their customers. I could not and did not stay at a hotel they claim I used. I called the hotel directly, confirmed the reservation was not used and stated as much to them. very very very bad company. I have used them for years without a problem. with Covid 19 going on I cannot go on my trip to *** *******this company had no care. they told me their cancellation policy hasn't changed even though many travel companies and businesses have relaxed their policy, this company refuses to do so. I will never book with them again. if could leave 0 stars I definitely will

Never Agian. I rented a car and purchased the insurance for the car. When i arrived at ****** Rental was told that insurance was not accepted by them. I am sitting at ******airport starting my vacation and being forced to buy additional insurance in order to get the car. I am told I will have to go through priceline for a refund. They do not answer any phone number. Tried online chat was told try back in 72 hours. They rip you off, then give you no way to contact them. ZERO STARS and NEVER AGAIN! Due to the COV-19 Pandemic, I needed to cancel my flight. I could not cancel my return flight, because my trip number was not recognized online and when you call, if your flight didn't fall in the 72 hr. Window the automated service automatically disconnects. I tried calling before and after the designated trip date, the options are limited. I lost money on that flight. I will not use Priceline again.

I booked a car rental with them using the non-refundable option. Now i know under normal circumstances it mean's NON REFUNDABLE. that being said later that day COVID-19 went into full force closing everything down that NEVER closes. SO they are now refusing to let me re-book my dates. Basically they are STEALING from people. I have ZERO respect for company's that treat people this way in the middle of unprecedented times.
