Today 06/24/2020, I had to cancel my car reservation with Priceline and they will not refund my money because their policy states they don't issue refunds. My cruise got cancelled due to COVID-19 and was forced to cancel my plans altogether, DO NOT USE Priceline.com for any reservation. Again DO NOT USE Priceline for any reservation.

Earlier today I was online and tried booking a car rental with fox rent a car. I couldn’t complete the sale because the website wouldn’t load every time I tried to submit the page. so I ended up going to another company and booking with them. Well this afternoon I noticed that they did in fact charge my card for the trip that never fully booked. I reserved two rooms to priceline.com. When I got to my location 22 hours later one of the rooms was not what I had reserved therefore I ask for a refund so that I could go to another hotel. I care a great deal of arguing back and forth Priceline agreed to refund only one in the rooms. I stated I was traveling with a single mom and small children and I could not put her in another hotel miles away without any transportation and that was the reason why I book two rooms in the same Hotel. I had to cancel my Hotel in ******* ****** **** ******as my flight was cancelled because of Covid19. So i called and emailed Priceline to explain. Priceline said my hotel was not refundable. That the *** *****Refused to cancel which was a lie! I called the *** ***** ** *******which nicely right away agreed to cancel my reservation, without any cancellation fee. I highly recommend NEVER staying at **** *** ** *** ******** ***** I'm staying here for a few days with my 16 year old son to see an celebrate my other son who just turn 21 an is currently stationed at camp *******. Anyways- I got my son a birthday card an forgot to bring a pen so I stuck my hand in this thing thinking a pen may be in here an instead I GRABBED AND PULLED OUT A DIRTY SYRINGE! they list a price and then when its time to check out the price is changed. Not only changed but almost by $300 difference .

Worse customer service. I book a room that says pay later. And Priceline charges my card instantly. Then I do end up canceling. So after Priceline verifies that I cancelled. They tell me 8-10 days before refund on a charge they were not suppose to charge anyways. They take my money in 30 seconds but it takes 10 days to give it back. Horrible company. Never use them again.

I booked a flight on 4/27 to *** ***** I had to cancel my reservation due to Covid-19. ****** ******** issued me a refund that was mailed on 5/29/2020. Fourteen days later I still have received my refund from Priceline. They are telling me they have not received the check, snailmail is but not 14 days slow. This has been the absolute worst experience i have ever encountered. Do not use this company for any bookings they do not take responsibility for their brand.
