I purchased a vacation package from Priceline prior to the pandemic which we decided to cancel due to the covid-19 outbreak, after months of being passed back and forth between Priceline and ****** to receive a refund for the flight portion of the package; we were issued a credit through Priceline per ticket and was told it would be available through 2/4/2022 for the purchase of any ****** airline ticket through price line. I booked a car rental reservation through priceline for a week for a vacation in ****** **over the 4th of July holiday. We had to cancel our flight due to everything going to lock down because of covid19. We got our flights refunded through the airline, however priceline would under no circumstance refund our money for the car rental which was $604.48 Their customer service was not helpful at all. A trip I had planned to Southern *********for a Stock Car race canceled on account of Covid 19. And these ********have no intention of refunding my money for 2 nights hotel

Purchase two rooms with Priceline at ******* *** express in ***** ******* ***********from July 2 through July 5 and the entire experience was horrible. Priceline charge me $711 the hotel gave me a receipt upon check out for the two rooms for $610.40. I contacted Priceline and Priceline said call the hotel with no resolution. Of course the hotel said it’s Priceline’s issue. I’m stuck in hell trying to get my money bavk..

I have been trying for 3 months to get a refund to my canceled flight!!!!!!! You took my money and then canceled my flight and now refuse to return my money in a timely fashion. Congrats. You stole from a customer. I did not receive the services that I paid for. In addition I have called your customer service hotline many times probably spending close to 10hrs on hold!!! This company is complicit in scamming hotel shoppers, they use an internal system that no other entity uses to "rate" hotels and then falsely advertise booking (lets say a 4 star, and actually gives you a 3 star) hotels that are below the real rating used by (literally) everyone else. They scam you in multiple ways and book you with substandard hotels while selling you on highly rated stays. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

I booked a hotel through Priceline back in January for a convention which was canceled. Trying to get a refund has been impossible since Priceline "couldn't get in contact with the hotel." After calling customer support for the hotel chain I found out that the location I was booked into was closed due to COVID-19. Made reservations through Priceline for 3 night stay at Comfort Inn in *********Priceline charged $73.00 plus tax for each night. Total came to $ 236.31 which they immediately took out of my bank account. We got our bill summery from ******* ***when we checked out and their total came to $191.37, that's with the tax. Priceline charged me an extra $44.94 then what the hotel would have. I called Priceline to get reimbursed the $ 44.94 and they told me that the price they advertise is not always the same price as the hotels. Is... read more

Rip off company. Rented a car and prepaid part of the price ahead of time. I had to cancel my flight due to newly issued Covid-19 quarantine requirements for *** The customer service rep did nothing but tell me that my car rental was nonrefundable. This was stated in small letters on their page. Reputable companies have flexibilities in place during this Covid-19 era. But not Priceline. Clearly, they don't seem to care about the super low ratings on BBB. It means they have no sense of accountability!
