Priceline is the worst. My cruise was cancelled and Priceline won’t refund my money. What am I going to do with one way tickets from *** *******I would except a refund minus booking fees if necessary. But to leave people out to dry doing this global pandemic is just WRONG!!! I will be spreading the word NOT TO USE PRICELINE to everyone I know and see. And this will not be the last review I leave on a website about the CRAPPY company. I hope Priceline didn’t receive any money from the government. SHAME SHAME PRICELINE!!

*********** is a scam!!! Priceline is part of booking and they are terrible and they use my card to recharge me for a booking reservation that was paid for. Terrible customer service

I wish I could give them 0 stars... Provided very misleading information for flight cancellations. My flight was cancelled bu the airline and they should have refunded it but they refuse to do that.

I would give zero stars if possible. Airlines are offering full refunds but if you booked through Priceline they are refusing refunds. Priceline not doing the right thing during the virus. How much money will Priceline rake in with their booking fees that most cannot now take the trip. Priceline should refund or offer some sort of compensation. I think people need to remember this the next time they need to book something. Find another company and let Priceline take the non-refundable booking fees and choke on them. Don't ne... read more

Almost from day 1 this company has been a hassle. The flight came down on price AFTER I booked. Tried to call and get them to match and they told me I had a bundle. Um, a car rental was not a bundle. But according to them that was and since it was a bundle, no matching the cheaper plane ticket. Um, I didn't ask for the car rental when I got the pricing on the plane tickets so how is that a bundle? The car rental came after I had decided on the ticket price. The app kept losing my trip. Booked a trip to see the Olympic Track and Field Trials in June, the Olympics were postponed for a YEAR because of the global PANDEMIC. Changing flights (southwest) and hotels were no problem. The only problem was the car I booked with Priceline "Sorry, not refundable" Even with a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Jeesh. Lesson learned. Booking directly with the car company for the upcoming trip. DO NOT USE PRICELINE!

I have reservations for Spain June 6, 2020, accompanied by a cruise to ******* ****** ****** *** ****** ! All business we have dealt we with have refunded our expenses due to COVID-19! Except for Priceline who will not answer their phones ! Their corporate numbers have been rigged so that go straight to customer service and they will not talk to their customers unless you are 72 hours out from your reservation dates ! I tried to postpone my car rental due to the covid shut down and was told "no changes cancellation or refunds". My trip was booked back in January for May 16th and *** ****is shut down until the 15th. The ********border closure was just extended which means my trip is put on hold. I tried to just get a credit, not a refund and was shot down twice stating some fine print in the agreement I signed when I paid. our town was destroyed by a tornado, *********** ***we lost power for days, we used them to book a hotel until our power was restored, the power company got our power back on 6 days quicker than expected and Priceline refused to refund us our money for the last day of $101, we been through enough with Coronavirus now a tornado and this is how cold and heartless this company is and they wouldn't even give us a credit for the room for another date!!!
