Very poor customer service. Can’t use a voucher from a cancelled trip due to Covid. Representatives on the phone are unprofessional and rude. I’m out 183.00 because the voucher is only eligible for Express Deals (of which none are offered)

I booked a flight, hotel, and car rental through Priceline. I spent almost $1,000.00 on all three. I confirmed and checked in on their website and received an email that gave me my itinerary information but I NEVER received tickets. I got to the desk at ******** *******s and was asked for a bar code and was told to check in. I arrived a half hour before my flight expecting to pick my tickets up from the counter and be on my way. There are 4 different numbers for a corporation number and they all go to the customer line. They refuse to refund my hotel and said the hotel refused to cancel! I went into the hotel and spoke with the general manager and she said I approved it to be canceled with no fees. There living and I have all the proof.

Customer service is awful. We had to cancel our trip due to covid-19 and priceline continues to give us the run around, and refuses to give us our money back or a credit. In May they told us to call back on june 1st. We called back June 1st and now they said, they can file a claim but will take a minimum of 40 days to process. Our trip is set for June 23rd. They didn't offer to make a claim in March, April or may when we began to call requesting a refund.

NEVER USING PRICELINE AGAIN! TERRIBLE customer service. I booked my reservation in 2019 for travel in June 2020 for my daughters 1st birthday. COVID-19 shelter in place orders are placed, we immediately try to cancel our reservations in March, they told us to call back in April because they can't cancel at the moment. This is the first time and the last time I will ever use Priceline. I had a trip planned for June, but have to re-book due to the Corona Virus pandemic. While trying to reschedule my flights I was told I would have to pay extra to reschedule. I told them that they canceled my flight due the pandemic and had to reschedule and they insisted that there would be an up charge. I'm so disappointed in this company. I feel like I've just been scammed. I booked a car rental service with them for a business trip. Due to the Corona-virus Pandemic my whole trip was cancelled. Therefore I attempted to cancel the reservation. At first they told me I had to contact **** directly to cancel then I would be refunded. I, like many others here, had booked travel through Priceline just priod to the COVID-19 pandemic. Five days after booking, the event I was to attend was cancelled due to the vrus. At the time of the booking, I was aware that it was a non-refundable hotel booking. When I attempted to cantact Priceline, I received a recording saying that due to high volume, they didn't know when I could speak to anyone.
