0 stars. Was tricked into a higher priced car rental. Deceptively said I needed to change debit card to credit card in order to get lower rate, but did not honor that, and refused to allow cancellation.

They do not care for us the customers. I purchase some tickets before Covid-19. They are not doing anything about it to helps us through with the cancellation or to re-schedule the trip. I’ve encounter extremely rude customer service and people that are incompetent to do their job. We live with people that are at high risk for the Covid-19 and it feels like they want you to go and get sick and possibly die or lose all the money you spent in hotels and flights. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'll never do business with them again. I've been disputing an issue with a booking with them for almost 6 months now. They false advertised a hotel as being in an area that it was not, and then refuse to cancel the booking. I also disputed with my bank and still have not resolved the issue. I was told I could be issued a partial refund for 1/2 the amount (one night) and never even recieved it. I will NEVER book through priceline again. Very misleading information. You dont get to pick which hotel or town you stay in and you wont know until the purchase is complete!!!!! No refunds and no help trying to fix the problem THEY CREATED!!!!!!! Never again.

I was totally deceived by company in regards to a hotel reservation I reserved over the phone. Then the company did nothing to rectify the situation. Putting my family in an unsafe location due to finances. No regards for the customer. I will never use them again.

NEVER USE PRICELINE!!! They are HORRIBLE! Couldn't help me with anything for my upcoming trip! They couldn't see any flights on ******in September on their end but someone (ME) that does not work for Priceline can go on the Priceline website and find fights for September to book. They transferred me to ****** and Boom flights available and flights changed with no issue! BOOK outside of PRICELINE for flights!

We booked a room, rental car and flight with them, then covid19 happened. I attempted to contact them to cancel as ******was enforcing a 14 day quarantine on travelers arriving in the time frame of our trip and our trip was only for 9 days, and they were asking travelers to stay home. Their telephone line kept saying to call back when your trip was within 3 days and I never did get through. Granted, I suppose when they say no refund they could have enforced it fully. Priceline is horrible!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! We used them to book a vacation from the ** ** ** ****** and they booked our flights as 2 one-way tickets, we did NOT ask them to do this! ******** *******s canceled our flight to ** ****** bc of Covid-19 but didn’t cancel our return flight even though flights between our two countries is limited to essential travel only! We couldn’t possibly use a return flight when we never got to the destination in the first place, it’s absolutely unbelievable and illegal!! The air... read more

Do not ever booked through Priceline! They are more than happy take your money immediately to book a room however they failed to disclose anywhere that it's on the person getting the room to review the hotels deposit guidelines. well when you book an Express deal through Priceline you cannot research the hotels guidelines as far as deposits go because you don't know what hotel you're booking until you book it so when I paid $71 for a room and get to the hotel and they asked me for a $75 deposit on my credit card I didn't hav... read more
