OMGGG these folks at Priceline.com are bunch of fraudsters. I booked an international flight for approx $1200 USD. I flew one segment of the flight from *** ** *** and then they Canceled my flight to DOHA because of the last segment to JIB was suspended due to COVID-19. stranded in *** and forced to sleep in the terminal, they are refusing to issue me a refund because it was non transferrable none refundable. BIGGEST SCAM, THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR 1 STAR HOTEL ADVERTISED AS A 3 STAR HOTEL THROUGH EXPRESS DEAL AND WHEN YOU COMPLAINT AND DON'T LIVE AT THE SO CALLED DIRTY HOTEL BECAUSE ITS UNBEARABLE TO LIVE DURING THESE TIMES OF THIS PANDEMIC WHERE CLEANLINESS IS A MUST . Priceline post wrong inborn about hotels just to make you submit a room through them. When you can to complain they tell you that in the fine prints they stare that you need to contact the hotel before you click the submit to verify all the input is correct. This is a rural rip off. Disgusting!! I will never use their service again.

NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS AT ALL!!! Booked an online reservation and they messed it up. I cancelled and according to their policy if you cancel within 24 hrs you get a full refund. THEY PUT A 14 DAY AUTHORIZATION HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT AND REFUSED TO CANCEL WITH MY BANK! The reason I cancelled was because they charged me one price and the hotel tried to add fees to get it as close to retail as they could! I booked a vacation package in late June for Mid-July. I got on my flight and took a lyft to the booked hotel, only to find out it was closed since the beginning of April. I called the hotel and was told they informed PriceLine and we shouldn’t have even been able to book and they should’ve notified me and given me a refund before my trip. I called Priceline and they had to confirm with the hotel that it was closed and then they told me they would process my refund, but would not give me any credit for the huge inconvenience... read more

I canceled my rental dew hours after the reservation and when I called to get my money back they told me that there is no option like that! Don’t do business with them! Those guys are rip off !

Font book a car with this place unless you want me be emailed about a surprise deposit that not only has be paired with a credit card since locals cant use a debit card but it has to have the same name as the person that is book. Also cant change the reservation to somebody else name to keep it. Either have e to lose out on money or pay a fee which is basically a day rental for a car that I cant even pick up if I go there. Last October (2019) I booked a flight to ******** for July 14, 2020. I chose to add on hotels and a car rental to get a better deal for booking a package. These guys lie about things. I was browsing for flights t* **** **** city at end of 2019. After some time, priceline.com shows a express deal based on the search I did, the offer was to provide a discount for an unnamed airline (reveal only after purchased) that would be flying at some very early hours, but would provide free luggage per ticket, as well as seat selection.
