I recently booked a car rental from Priceline.com. I was to fly from ************* **** ******* ************* ******* where I would pick up the vehicle. Ten days after making my reservation, COVID numbers in Connecticut spiked and visitors to the state were discouraged by government agencies to delay visitation. What a horrible experience, my wife and I booked a honeymoon trip to ****** ******** through Priceline for September 2020, i got the usual 24 hour check-in email notice from Priceline on 9/4 but was unable to check in online, i called the carrier (****** ********) and they informed me that our flight had been canceled in mid july and that Priceline was notified and should've booked us another flight, when i finally got a hold of Priceline customer service they admitted the error but couldn't explain why no one worked on the ... read more

Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible i been booking with them for years and i lose everything to hurricane Laura they couldn't accommodate my room for 2 nights after i have spent thousands with them. Pitiful

I booked an express stay that was supposed to be a 3 star hotel. Once your booked, you can see the reviews (shady that you can’t see them first, right?!). I became very concerned when I saw the reviews. Bed bugs, drugs, cops, ants, & fleas were common themes from the reviews. I called priceline to explain that I did not feel that I was getting what I agreed to, and that I did not feel safe going to the hotel. They basically told me tough and that they didn’t care. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

In my entire life, I have never seen a company blatantly defraud their clients. On August 30, 2020, I was searching Priceline for First Class ticket prices to take a last-minute business trip from ***** ******* ** ********. I searching for First Class tickets. During my search, one of your Express Deals popped up. The Express Deal read that the fare was $867.99. Notice the information at the bottom of the Express Deal where it states “First Class. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! When I showed up to check in to my paid for and confirmed room I discovered the hotel had overbooked and wouldn’t do anything to help me. I called Priceline and after waiting an hour for them to call me back the couldn’t do anything to help either. It was now 1am in a strange city, I was exhausted, and I had to locate and book a new room. Price line website is a scam. I chose my hotel yet they said i didn't and gave me a whole other hotel. Customer service must be in *****because you can not understand a word they say. I suggest you use any other website to book hotels. This company is completely unprofessional.

Awful, corrupt services provided by incompetent, employees who automatically vouch for their merchants and refuse to resolve any issues or address and real concerns. Beware, they will let anyone book under any name, take your money and then tell you no matter what the circumstances are you will not be getting your money back.

Priceline advertised a local ******** hotel with a rate of C$110/night. We booked online for 3 nights and received an email confirmation for a total $383.88. At the bottom of the email it reads: Price in CAD (Canadian dollars) but my credit card was charged $527. When I called customer service I was given the run around by the rep who argued all their prices are USD. I directed her to their website where the same hotel is still listed in Canadian dollars and referred her to the email confirmation they sent me. She continued ... read more
