Terrible customer service and rude. Called because the hotel I reserved had a pool that was closed and they offered no solutions and customer support told me to "just deal with it because they have a no refund policy"

They overcharged me and the hotel that I reserved with them charged me as well. So...I have 2 charges for the same room on the same night. I'll never use them again.

Horrible customer service experience. I don't know if I was just unlucky or if they were having a bad day but if you're looking for understanding and/or good customer service, Priceline is NOT the way to go. Don't buy into any claim that refunds are possible, covid 19 or not, they don't care unless it's the airline itself that was affected. So make sure you're absolutely certain about your travel plans or you're guaranteed to be screwed. I'll never book with them or let anyone I know book through them. Terrible customer service. I booked an international flight through a subsidiary, ******** ****** ******for June 2020. When COVID struck, I was sent an email that I would be granted a voucher consistent with the airline's policy, however, that wasn't the case.After multiple phone calls I was finally granted a voucher, that while still not consistent with the airline's policy, allowed me to rebook for June 2021. @priceline.com I cannot believe that I cannot change an existing car rental reservation to give you MORE business and give you MORE money for a longer reservation. Your sales associates were very helpful in letting me know that there is nothing your company can do. I look forward to your bankruptcy... Lesson learned... never use priceline.com again.

Booked a room in **** ******** **through Priceline and it was very misleading. They advertised as a great, clean hotel that has been upgraded. We booked a sea view room and when we arrived they didn’t have the room we booked and the hotel looked nothing like the pics. The location was great but that’s it the hotel it self smelled and was pretty rundown. BEWARE! PRICELINE WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING IN RETURN! During this time of immense distress, and constant changes to quarantine rules, these people will not give your money back nor give you a credit! The tristate area of **** ** * **is currently not allowing visitors from the southern states, unless you quarantine for 14 days once you arrive. Absolutely the worst experience booking a vacation/ honeymoon ever! Just to get this out of the way I am on my 33rd international vacation. It starts out with ***** canceling our flight. I then contact priceline to book a new flight they tell me "I can't because ***** has a very strict cancelation policy".....um they canceled my flight. After 2 hours of being on the phone they finally agree to refund my $915.00. 5 weeks later here I am writing this review with no refund. Refused to cancel or alter a hotel booking after discovering a hotels cash deposit fee that I wasn't able to afford. Rescinded their offer of help after I told them how much cash I did have and that I only had access to my debit card. After asking if I would be out on the streets tonight the associate honestly replied with I'm afraid so and refused to escalate my case any further. Regardless of policy their customer support has very little resources and they'll do nothing more for you if you don't have more money to give.
