Booked a hotel through priceline for a sat-wednesday trip to ****** ********. Then went to book a flight 5 min later only to find out the flights that were previously available were now sold out to even get there within 5 min of looking. With no way to even get there I called back instantly and they said they had to charge me for one night cancelation fee of 350 dollars. Made a purchase on priceline.com. They claim to have this policy for lowest Guaranteed rates. I found a cheaper price with exact same details. Tried to talk to customer care. They said to talk to booking.com as they are their partners in this purchase and just disconnected the chat. Such a poor way to talk to customers. I have the transcripts and would probably send it to their CEO.

I made a reservation at midnight. 12 hours later was told my trip wasn't going to be possible due to COVID restrictions. On the page I put my CC info in to it said free cancelation until the day of the reservation. That is the ONLY reason I booked when I did. Tried to cancel it at Noon (12hours after making reservation) for them to tell me they were going to charge me $88 of my $286 reservation for canceling.. I should have known better. Priceline offers trip cancellation then subsequently tells me after i paid I am ineligible. Cant get anyone on their IM to respond. Cant get their text to respond. Cant get call center to answer. I am almost certain they are going out of business solely because nobody is working for them anymore. Either that, or they told employees to ignore anything and everything. I used to be a customer. Never again.

I made a reservation & got a message that the offer was no longer available & I needed to choose another one. I never got a confirmation through the website, so I booked again. Hotel said we had 2 reservations. Priceline said it was our fault and wouldn't cancel one of them because their records said we received emails that we did not actually receive until after we had checked in. Hotel had to cancel one of them. Never using Priceline again.

Priceline over charged me by $43.40. They said in the ad quarantined lowest price. Not true. The hotel itself if you called the original price was only $96.00. Priceline are crocks

I made a reservation today and cancel it after about an hour afterward, due to a change in my travel plan. Priceline.com customer service rep stated that would be charge $25, if I cancel my reservation. Since I have no choice to cancel my reservation, I was force to accept the $25 cancellation fee. This cancellation cost is a scam. I have never been charge a fee to cancel a hotel reservation, especially 4 days before my arrival date. This is very unethical and upsetting. I have deleted the app and will never use the service ... read more

If I could rate this below 1 star. I would have because they don't deserve any stars. We booked our flights through Priceline. We have had nothing but problems. Our first flight we could not check in on their site because they are a third party. Second flight today. When we checked in our luggage they thought it was a glitch. When we got to the gate my husband and I had no problems. My daughter was held at the gate. My husband and I were called over the speaker to disembark in front of a the entire flight. I got a plane ticket and I didn't pay attention to the layovers I had, I had 14 hour layover in ******** that was insane to me so I tried to change it while at airport, I said I'd pay extra money, the airline (******** ******** said they couldn't do anything, Priceline had to do it I called Priceline 3 times they kept telling me someone would call me back in 30-45 min no one called me back I tried 3 times, and now I'm still at airport and I'm so angry, I even told Priceline I'd pay more money and I got absolutely no help, th... read more
