Priceline.com LLC are savages. I had a vacation booked with them and everything that could have went wrong did. First the snowstorm that hit ******. I called 3 days before the storm came as I was scheduled to fly out 1 day after the storm ( my layover was in ******). So I called to try and change my flight if possible. Well the Priceline agent told me since the airline didn’t cancel I couldn’t change my flight they didn’t care about the snowstorm. NEVER PAY UP FRONT we paid more then 6 months in advance an asked to switch locations we called an were told no refund no cancellation...we didnt ask for either we wanted to switch seeing as we paid we were looking for options nope both phone an online said oh well nothing we can do I could understand if we were trying to switch days before reservation but we are trying to months before an now out money because they choose to be buttholes

They are apsolutley a disgrace of a company. My flight got canceled until the following morning so I had to cancel my reservations and they kept $100 for a cancelation fee. Then on top of that it took 10 days for them to reimburse my credit card!

465Just walked 3 miles in 4 1/2 inch high heel bots back home after taking a cab to pick up my Camry that I successfully paid for and reserved. When I went to hand her the ID and credit card I already paid with, she briefly looked at my card and said they do not accept debit. At that point I produced both my debit and credit card that I used for the rental. She STILL refused to provide our rental that we already paid for. Since my phone was dead, my husband and I had no choice but to walk the 3 miles home in 2 degree weather... read more

I was wrongfully charged $661.07 for service that I did not even requested. When I reached out to customer service they were very nasty and they refused to reverse the charge. I will never book anything with this company and I will warn everyone to stay away from this company.

Prepaid for rental car in **** in Fall. Since then **** has mandated 10 day quarantine for all travelers. I can’t use rental car and Priceline would not allow cancellation or change. Hawaii gov site also says rental companies are not allowed to rent to quarantined travelers. Priceline would not even try to find a reasonable option. Will never book through them again. I’m out $1000 for a car they can rebook to someone else. Doesn’t care at all about their customers even during a pandemic.

Long story short they got me for $62.00 I wanted a room in **** ****** ********, they booked me in ******** ********an hour away from where I needed to be. They told me sorry no refund. Never will I use them again.

I searched the web for a good deal to take my daughter to the *********** ***** ** ***** ****for her birthday. Priceline offered the best price for 2 adults and 2 children total price $342.00, so I booked it. When I received the confirmation it said only 2 adults. I proceeded to chat online with a representative which did not help, because he stated that they only guarantee 2 adults and the hotel may charge additional for the children. Stole my Daughters money and cancelled her flights. My daughter, (20 yrs. old), is a CNA at a hospital in ********. She had saved up to buy plane tickets to ***** ******** and back to ******** to see me, (her dad), on her Birthday weekend.
