This company endangered my safety. I reserved a hotel that Priceline advertised had airport shuttle. The room was very expensive $165.00 per night. Upon landing I contacted the hotel. The front desk attendant stated they have never have offered airport shuttle. As a result, I was at the airport at night with my laptop and belongings crying because I was stranded. This company's customer service is horrible. They never answer the phone and gave me so much stress, when i tried to reschedule my flight and hotel reservation

Don’t get stuck stranded , I booked a reservation with Priceline and they charged me immediately and sent a confirmation email, when my wife got there with the kids. They were told they have no availability. I called Priceline 8 times and was forced to receive a call back only to hear no one on the other line for a total of 7 times totaling over 3 hours of wait time for the call backs. I made a reservation with Priceline. They sent a confirmation and took my money and never made the reservation. So when I attempted to check in, the hotel could not check me in. I attempted calling Priceline who said the did not make the reservation. They outsourced my reservation to booking.com. I spent 4 hours and numerous calls waiting on hold to attempt to understand what went wrong. I ended up checking in as a walk-in guest. Priceline says that it was bookings fault. I booked a non-stop flight with special seating on ****** Airline using Priceline.com. Flight number 641, confirmation PEEQFZ leaving *****Airport on March 25th. The day before the flight I entered the confirmation # in a search to check the flight status and was notified that it had been cancelled and that a new flight had been booked with different carrier no March 26th that was not a non-stop flight with no special seating. We booked a fast deal and upon arrival the hotel gave us a double bed and that wasn’t what we had requested. After calling Priceline and texting it still took them from 7pm to 9pm to call us back. Then after the call back they informed us that they could not give us a refund and we were stuck with that room. I and my husband have used Priceline many times in the past and this time was a horrible experience and what made even worse was the hotel was not rated the amount of stars they said it was.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I BOOKED A HOTEL THROUGH THE APP. I ARRIVED AT 3AM EXHAUSTED FROM THE DRIVE AND THEY TOLD ME THE HOTEL WAS ALREADY BOOKED. THEY HAD BEEN CONTACTING PRICELINE TO REMOVE THE OPENINGS BUT PRICELINE DID NOTHING. I CALLED AND COULDNT GET A REPRESENTATIVE FOR THREE HOURS. THEY CHARGED MY CARD, FINALLY CALLED BACK THE HUNG UP ON ME WITHOUT RESOLVING ANYTHING. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

I normally don’t have an issue with Priceline however they have now become my favorite company to hate!! I tried to call several times to contact someone at Priceline and no one was there to pick up the phone. I continued to be redirected! I tried the virtual assistant and no one was there to pick up the phone. I have already booked a trip and all I had was my debit card. Booked a room for 5 days. Drove all the way from *** ** after working 12 hrs. Got to the hotel and the guy would not let us in. He gave our PAID room to someone else. Just so happened when I went online the rooms more than doubled in price. To make a long story short me, my husband, & autistic son was stuck in the car for another 12 hrs while waiting to check into a different hotel. Oh did I mention I had to borrow $ from my family for another room. After 3 days of being here the money has still not been refunded!!
