Incompetent and lack accountability. I am currently stranded in ******* **, because I did my due diligence and booked and prepaid for a car rental with Priceline weeks prior to my arrival. When I arrived at the designated car rental company, I was told that they were overbooked and had no cars. I contact Priceline several times and was told several times that the car rental company should have offered an upgraded, I had to repeat myself several times the car rental had no cars to upgrade to. 4/7/2021 To Whom It May Concern, We rented a suburban with Priceline on Sunday, April 4th. We had plans as a family to travel to several places. (April 8th - April 11th) Priceline sent us a confirmation email on April 4th and we were very excited for our upcoming trip as a family. Priceline.com sold me an all inclusive resort package including hotel and flights. 3 months after I booked and paid, they informed me the room was actually a lower tier room than what I had paid for. They refused to correct the issue or contact the hotel. They offered me a 20% refund which was far less than the value of the difference at the time of purchase. We rented through Priceline. Got there and were informed we owed an additional $342 for insurance and the Sun Pass. Plus an additional $150 deposit. Not disclosed on the site, not able to waive either. Deductible with insurance is $5,000!

If I could do zero stars I would. The absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. I had the exact same situation happen to me as a few others I've noticed. Basically a bait and switch. I needed to book a hotel for T**** ** for 4/10 to 4/11, I searched for hotels and was looking around and found a good offer so I clicked on it and checked out which was $240. I rented a car through Priceline for ******* I asked for 3 days; however, I asked to make it daily when I picked up the car at ****** ** *** ******** *******. The agent said that was no problem and the charge would be $85 a day. When I got in the car it smelled like someone just smoked a ton of marijuana in the car. the agent said to deal with the guy at the gate because it was him. How professional. I've used Priceline on a number occasions. It has historically been my go to site for hotels and car rentals, but after my last experience I'm having a bit of doubt. I was trying to rent a vehicle from **** *********** ***The page showed a list of available vehicles, but every time I tried to reserve a vehicle, I was denied with the same error message: "Car no longer available". I booked a hotel room through Priceline recently. Priceline trip #: 364-258-732-76.. I decided to pay the extra $20-$30 (I believe was the price difference) for a room with a king bed, as opposed to two doubles. When I checked in to the hotel, I was given a room with two doubles. When I told the front desk, they said they didn't have any king beds left and I'd have to take it up with Priceline. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH PRICELINE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They stole $768.20 from me. I booked a flight on March 19th and within 2 hours of me booking I had to cancel the flight. I paid for flight protection in case of a cancellation. It's now March 31st and I have yet to receive a refund. Every time I call priceline they give me the run around. They have me calling all over the place, putting the blame on others just for the other agents to refer me back to priceline.
