I BOOKED A REFUNDABLE TRIP WITH INSURANCE AND THE DAY AFTER I HAD TO CANCEL IT , THEY NEVER REFUNDED THE INSURANCE PAID . DO NOT USE PRICELINE THEY STEAL MAKE MONEY ON CANCELED TRIP MY NOT REFUNDING THE INSURANCE PAID FOR A CANCELED TRIP. ACCORDING TO ALLIANZ ITS REFUNDABLE WITHIN 10 DAYS PRICELINE IS A SCAM DON’T BUY INSURANCE WITH THEM ONLY BUY DIRECT BUYER BEWARE

We scheduled a flight with Priceline on March 2nd from ********** ** ** ******* ** with a connecting flight to ********* *****. On April 17th, we received a notice saying that the flight from ******* has been rescheduled by the airline and that caused our flights to be changed. However, now they have us flying out of ******* to ********** then ***** ** ********** They have our origin as ******* and the connections both show a 24 hour layover and that they both fly on August 6th. I spent about a thousand dollars in few bookings using the service but they made pay 2000 loses they drop the calls on purpose so they won't have to help you

AA canceled my flight. Priceline shows something has changed, but not that the flight was canceled. I tried using their chat -- it referred me to a phone number. I called the phone number which said...unless you're traveling in the next 14 days, we can't take your call. I literally have NO WAY OF REBOOKING or getting a refund!!!!

I booked a RT package flights and car rental with a full refund within 24 hour guarantee for cancellation. I cancelled the package booking 12 hours later expecting a full refund of $398.72. the car was listed as $0 when I booked the package. The summary listed Flight + Car $310.92 and tax $87.80 totaling $398.72.. i booked this 04/18/2021 at 8:24 pm. I cancelled it on 04/19/2021 at 8:00 am. I received a refund of $177.29. On March 11, 2021, I prepaid priceline for a car rental for April 7, 2021. I arrived at the car rental as scheduled, and was told that they had ran out of cars. I contacted priceline immediately and was told that they had to investigate the matter. Once confirmed that the car rental had run out of cars, priceline gave the option to cancel my reservation and refund me my money. They won't refund my airline ticket even though the airline has released the money!!! I have been on hold for over 2 hours and have the screenshots to prove it. I'm looking into taking legal action

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHT THROUGH PRICELINE. THEY SAID MY BANK CARD WAS INVALID AND MY PAYMENT DIDN’T GO THROUGH WHEN IT DID. THEY TOOK MY ******* MONEY. THIS IS NOT OK!!!!!!!!!
