I will never use Priceline again nor recommend it. Between them and the travel insurance company they are basically thieves--robbing you of your money. Their Customer Service people are horrible and hard to understand. I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. If I could I would have given them zero stars.

This is a horrible company not people friendly, they are only out to get your money. When asked to speak with a supervisor she was really obnoxious lacking sympathy & refused to refund me. This company really needs improvement on their customer service skills.

I made a reservation through Priceline through the phone and got a really special deal through them. Was able to negotiate a room at a price I thought was very reasonable. I gave all my information (address, card no., email, etc.) to a man named Michael and he proceeded to read me back all the details of my stay. He ended up confirming a different but better hotel for the same price and told me I should be receiving an email shortly. Right at the end when we were saying our goodbyes the call got disconnected. Worst customer service I have EVER encountered. I placed a car rental reservation for $48 and upon submitting, the rate changed to $94. It allowed me the option to go back and change my filters/review my options as to why the rate could have changed, yet when I clicked the “back” option, I was automatically charged. When I called to priceline, they gave me the run around off a prompt saying “this was the rate originally shown in my contract showing the breakdown of prices/taxes & fees, and the rates change due to demand.” Me... read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled a hotel through Priceline in January 2021 for May 2021. I received no communication regarding my reservation. When arrived to hotel, it was closed for construction. All surrounding hotels state that they told the third party apps this was the case so they could inform their customers, yet I didn’t get anything. I was unable through no fault of my own to travel and use the rental car I booked. They refused to refund my money which is stealing!! I will never use Priceline again!

Booked a hotel and on the confirmation page was shown pictures of the correct room type but after paying for it received a confirmation page with the wrong room type. I even had a screen shot of the confirmation page before I hit pay. Called Priceline.com and was told that I screwed up and should have confirmed it first which I did and had proof as soon as I told them that only than did they acknowledge the issue. Horrible customer service. Have used priceline pretty consistently for any hotel reservation when traveling for a few years now and the first issue I had and was enlightened with having to deal with the customer service department I will not ever use them again! The room we reserved was given away last minute when we drove hours out of town and paid ahead of time to have somewhere to sleep.
