I booked a hotel through Priceline in **** ***** ******. I called the hotel and make sure everything’s fine and they tell me my reservation was canceled. Priceline did not reach out to me in any way shape or form and I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t called the hotel. Imagine me going there on my vacation and not having a room to stay in. Tried canceling a reservation due to a family emergency for one of the three rooms I booked. Was on hold over 20 Minutes with a gentleman who kept putting me on hold because he didn’t know how to cancel just one room. Then told me there would be a one night cancellation fee for the one room I wanted to cancel. But because the hotel wouldn’t give him any information about the reservation - he couldn’t refund me any money. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH PRICELINE!!!! Horrible customer service.

I will never use Priceline again. I bundled a flight, hotel and car rental. The flight with ***** was great. Then I arrived at Thrift Car rental station and had to wait in line for over 2 hours. The only car they had left for us was a subcompact car and my husband is 6'2. I didn't even know they rented subcompact cars so that information would have been helpful. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Because they are a third party company any issues with the Primary business has to be dealt with through Priceline. We were issued a refund from ******** ***rental, but had to go through Priceline to receive the refund. They are refusing to issue it because they said we didn’t contact the car company about our dissatisfaction. We did and I had dates and times of all the phone calls made to National. I had a trip originally scheduled from IAD to KEF from June 11th to June 19th. Due to flight cancellation the return flight was changed to the 18th. I called on June 9th to get it changed to June 20th instead. That day I was sent a new itinerary from Priceline suggesting that the change had been made. Unfortunately that was a lie and Icelandair had not confirmed the change. I only found this out on June 17th when I received notification to check in for my June 18th flight. My wife reserved a car at wrong airport, but didn't call within a 24 hour period so after flying for hours and waiting in line for a hour to get a car. And attend funeral next day, priceline would do nothing to offer refund. Very disappointed

Priceline dropped the ball ! I booked ******* ****** ****l through… Booked the Emerald Shores Hotel through Priceline . Worst experience in my life !!! Never stayed and was still charged Starting with the front desk very unprofessional and ghetto. I was charged over $800 for 2 nights . Got there no parking as stated . The power was running off the generator the elevators were not working and they could not accommodate us with either . Booked a so called Disney vacation. Flights changed but car rental didn't causing additional $200 when arrived. Got to hotel that has more drug and alcohol fights and parties than a club! It's nasty, filled with bugs and the location is scary to say the least! Very unsafe. Tried contacting priceline several times with no response. Our flight home is scheduled way before rental car is due back. Flight leaves at 7:45 but can't turn in car till 8am. Very frustrating.
