HORRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I purchased flights for me and my family to ******. I downloaded the *****app (another horrible company). Not only did they changed my flight with no notification but they put me on a flight knowing I would miss my connection. It had a RED WARNING on it. I called Priceline (2 hour hold) all they could do is put me on a different flight that had a 10 hour layover. The flight i originally purchased had a 2 hour layover. Not good. My husband booked a hotel for *** ****** There were 2 different hotels with the same name but very different. One in a decent part of town, the other in a very seedy run down part of town. It is not made clear on the website which one you are booking. So we are now out $100+ because the booking is not refundable and there is nothing they will do for us even though it's not made clear on the website. When you are booking a hotel double check and make sure you are getting what you want. It can be very deceptive.
First off we purchased insurance and one couple needed to cancel because of a job change. I spent hours on the phone with them and still had to call the airlines myself. I spent hours on this. Now they moved our return flight up 14 hours cutting our trip basically a day short. Then find out we can’t change it. ******** Airlines also suck as their carry on bag price is 60 a bag. I booked on 04/16/2021 flight ticket from ***to SJJ Business class for 07/15/2021 after that received confirmation number ...................... 06/29/2021 received email that they changed my flight date for 07/16/2021 with 16 hours waiting time in ******. BEWARE: In a time when companies are being so compassionate and caring about their customers, Priceline is heartless. I purchased a two-night stay in *** **** for my fiancé and I that we need to cancel due to medical reasons. When I reached out to Priceline, they said policy is policy and they could absolutely not refund me because the booking was non-refundable. Priceline is deceptive and has terrible business practices and customer service. I booked a rental car as refundable only later to find out that the rental car was '-"categorized" as an "Express Deal" and cannot be refunded. I found the same category car for $700 less and tried to recoup my money. I did not get the best price guarantee or price match, rather I wasted two hours on-hold both online and on the phone. Deceptive advertising at best.
Imposter of the official ******* *** ****** ** ******** website. I booked a 2 hotel room from what I thought was the official ******* *** ****** ** ***** *** *********on 7/15, for 95 each. When I got the confirmation email there was 115$ in taxes and recovery fees, more then 60% of the room cost!
