I booked what i thought was a beautiful hotel because of pictures on priceline at ******* ******** **** * *** ******* **** ***** ******* ***** ** *****. We were evacuating from hurricane Ida. My kids were so excited to to get there and swim. However when we arrive we find human fesi on wall and pool full of trash. I refused to stay there and they refused refund. Taking legal actions. I promise they messed with the wrong one.

I booked international trip via priceline.center, was told that it is princeline.com..when I type priceline.center it goes to priceline.com. They are not providing the service they promised, worst service I ever come across in my life. I booked international trip starting in Sep 8th, 2021 returning on Sep 29, 2021. I have never been so disappointed in a service. I rented a car for my sister who had been stranded by a terrible accident in ***I had thought I was renting through ******but have rented cars so many times that it didn’t occur to me that renting through Priceline would be any different. My sister picked up at ****** at 9pm 8/30 and drove through the night to get back to **early 8/31. I made a reservation for a car rental for September 6th. After I pre-paid for the reservation I realized I had my pick-up date/time wrong. I called the car rental company within a day after making the booking and was told I could not make a change because I booked via Priceline. I then called Priceline. I was told that there are no changes allowed and I cannot cancel. I was told that I cannot get a refund. The worst business experience of recent years. Their customer service is atrocious, their systems are horrendous, not sure how they are still in business given the company's egregious failings regarding client service.

Horrible!! I would give them 0 stars. This company and customer service are the absolute worst to deal with. Booked a hotel for one night in Gatlinburg. Spur of the moment trip. Booked a room for one night got there to check in and in the middle of us checking in a police and ambulance come flying in with sirens. SOMEONE IS OVERDOSING. Call Priceline for a refund because I don’t feel safe and they tell me they will not refund me. I booked a return flight for my daughter from ****** ** *******. Upon arriving at ******* airport for the return portion of the journey, we found that the return flight did not actually exist* ******** Airlines in partnership with *******Airways had no itinerary for the flight. I would give Priceline 0 stars. Their service is a piece of shit. Their policies are not clear. Never book through Priceline always go through the hotel itself. This is a big lesson for me. All they do is steal peoples money. They don't have a phone line where you can talk to actual people.

I have always been happy with Priceline...until now. For my last several bookings, I've tried to use the Express Deal to get a hotel room - but it always comes up saying there are no hotels available. I wish that happened this time. I tried it again, and I got a hotel at $88 per night that lists at $87 per night!!!! How is that an Express Deal??? It was for a hotel that I would NEVER choose!
