i purchased a refundable ticket on priceline for may daughter who was not able to travel called to cancel which they did, but then they rudely told me i cant use the credit for any flight which defeats the purpose of refundable tickets spoke with extremely rude customer service rep that was only interested in canceling my ticket like he got paid to do so. I will never do business with this company again.

I rented a car through Priceline in July of 2021, for a trip that my husband and our family were going on the 25th of July. I went to pick up the car with ***rentals in *** *****, When we got there is a big area so we had to walk a ways to the car rental. PRICELINE.COM IS BY FAR THE WORST EVER DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They make it impossible to change a mistake on a reservation. I literally called within 3 minutes of my purchase and they will not change my dates on my hotel booking! The lady on the phone was so rude to me that I just hung up and called my credit card company. Useless underpaid staff in another country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked a room at a hotel, the first room had roaches, second room was ok but then when I woke up in the middle of the night I saw roaches around our bed and in our bathroom. We had to end up sleeping in our car. We didn’t even stay the full night. Paid almost $100 and all Priceline could do was offer a 15% coupon. Very disappointed in Priceline.

I made reservations through Priceline at 9 pm for ************stay on Friday. While in ***** I arrived after midnight and Priceline canceled my reservations and refused to change my date as hotel stated and refused any refund. Priceline is a scam. I am a travel nurse and definitely will let everyone I come across of the crappy service that comes with Priceline.

TERRIBLE. I've called Priceline 5x because both Priceline and the hotel charged me for the room, and Priceline refused to help (and the hotel doesn't answer the phone, something Priceline representatives also confirmed when they tried calling the hotel). I've been double charged and Priceline has refused to help address (and hasn't responded each time they said "we'll check in on this and get back with you). TERRIBLE!

I will never book from Priceline again. I was charged for a car we were unable to pick up due to a family emergency. When I called to let them know that we had a family emergency they said we cannot cancel this because it is non refundable sorry for the inconvenience. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and he said they will tell you same thing, there’s nothing we can do.. So we got stuck paying for a car that we weren’t able to pick up due to an emergency.
