Money over Safety. Had a trip planned but like the World I came down with Covid 19 symptoms. I got tested but the results would not be back in time for my trip. I thought I canceled the Trip. Its not as simple as hit the cancel your booking. Money was removed off my card. I called Priceline Only to find out the cancellation fee was my entire amount but the would have pity on me and try and give me half. They would have rather have me come to they Hotel possibly being a carrier of Covid than give my money back?? Never using P... read more

Booked a trip to ********** for our family September 30-October 4. Flights with **** **** Apparently our flights got changed to October 1- October3 cutting out four day ********** trip to two days. Never received an email from Priceline notifying us of the change. I only found out when I tried to look up the flight on **** ***. Two times now we have used this vendor for trips. First were airline tickets. We had such a hassle at the airport retrieving and using our tickets. Second was a hotel stay. When we arrived we were charged an additional $100 by the hotel due to booking thru a third party, Priceline, Second they made no mention of a pet deposit which was an additional $25 per dog. Bad customer service overall. Will not use again.

I purchased an Express Deal for a hotel that was non-refundable. When I got to the hotel at 5:30pm, the room was not even ready. I had to wait for 30 minutes...then the room was located in another building with NO working LOCKS and smelling of weed. THey were still not done with cleaning the room. When they saw me, they quickly moved out of the way so we could go in and didnt probably even finish cleaning it. It was a DIVE....checked out 2 minutes later and had to go stay at another hotel. I've been using Priceline since 2019 and I've reached their VIP gold level. My account has been out of access since Sep 7, while I booked two trips on Sep 3 and canceled one trip on Sep 6. But suddenly, from Sep 8, I was not able to login into my account anymore. The system keeps displaying an error message that my password or email is wrong. Booked twice in one night through priceline.com. 1st one: arrived to find bedding missing and food on the counter (lunchmeat, other). The bathroom was dirty and had trash on the floor and counters (tp scraps, q-tips), and someone's shower poof and toiletries were in the shower. There was additional food in the fridge. After my disgust I went to leave the room to find NO DOOR HANDLE! I had to call the front desk who sent security to let me out. He was unable to open the door and I had to leave via the window. Recently reserved rental through priceline. ***** was the company. Agent from ***** called me and stated they didn't have any cars available. I chatted with priceline about this and they stated the car rental should be available. Nevertheless, I called directly back to ***** directly and they stated no vehicles are available are have been available and they would call me if any come in not to mention my appt was 30 min out. Horrible service I booked a trip to Vegas on September 19.2021 flight and hotel included .. something told me to call hotel and confirm .. I called and they don't see my reservation I checked my flights they were fine now I'm on the phone for a 1.5 hrs so they can transfer me to a different hotel across the street customer service agent said she can't get ahold of anyone .. MIND YOU I ALWAYS USE BOOKING this was my 1st time using Priceline and never again I'm glad I did decide to check I would have went to Vegas with nowhere... read more

Worse costumer service ever. Trying to book my flight using my credit. It's been two days I'm trying to contact the company since yesterday. They keep on transferring me they even transfered me to different company. They don't call back it the line disconnects. I booked a flight and they never sent me confirmation and no confirmation was made. Don't use them worse costumer service ever. No one wants to listen and they will just transfer you to booking.com and not listen to you!!
