We booked a hotel with Priceline months in advance for the Formula 1 races in ******, TX - We got the ******** ** ***** ***** ***We printed out all confirmation info. and had it on our phones & even received a "time to check in" reminder from Priceline! When we got to the hotel (***** **** day before the race we were told they had no reservation with for us and no rooms available(We had 2 rooms booked with them!!!) - We showed them the confirmation information and they would not accept it saying it was with Priceline. They’re horrible! Will not help in anyway! You phone you’re transferred around or have to have a call back. They take your money but aren’t willing to refund or offer any resolve and since Covid everything has been out of control. We didn’t plan on a pandemic when we made reservations with Priceline!! Our hotel and car rental was refunded. Not airfare. We got an extension but because of my employers protocol policies due to Covid, cannot use the airfare now. The extension expires. Highly disappointed in the customer service. I had to cancel my trip and did so by the date required for a full refund. It has now been three days that I have tried to resolve this. They have me connect to different representatives for my flight and then for the hotel. The hotel said that they will give me a refund for the room but need someone from Priceline to contact them and confirm the trip was canceled. They say they can’t do that for me. I booked travel with Priceline.com I insured the trip with the insurance offered on the Priceline website. Not only was the insurance fraudulent but its sold by Priceline and then it doesnt actually cover the ticket or trip. They have some type of clause that states I confirmed to an express ticket or something which is not covered by the insurance. The ticket doesn't state express ticket and they still offered me the insurance before check out so this is how they steal your money. On another ticket they stated that I booked... read more

I booked a 2 night stay through Priceline and paid in full through them. When we got to *******Inn & Suites Dahlongea, GA, we paid again for the 2 night stay. I have called both parties to get a refund for one of the cards, being we were charged twice. Each party blames the other. I will never use Priceline again or stay at a *******Inn and Suites due to poor customer service and poor business relations.

The representatives were polite and did their best to provide the information they're obligated to give. I wish I could explain my situation better, but in short, my fiancé is being charged an unnecessary $186 for a rental car that wont even get used. I understand that there are policies in place, but having to call Priceline multiple times to adjust to military changes doesnt make the experience enjoyable. As a civilian, any form of on-base changes are out of my hands and I have no other choice but to go with the new schedu... read more

I tried to duplicate a reservation that I made and they booked me with a totally different company. The company they booked me with was *** **** A Car which has a reputation of 1.18 out of . when I tried to cancel it 10 minutes later they tole me that they cannot cancel and rebook with the first company I booked for a different date. I told them that I do not intend to endanger my family with a company that has such a bad reputation they just insisted that the reservation cannot be cancelled. The worst customer service and lack of empathy ever. Had a reservation that my family and I were not able to get to due to circumstances that were out of our control. Called priceline and spoke to a representative that assured us we would be contacted by a customer care agent to help us with our problem since it was out of her reach. 2 weeks later and we still have not even gotten a call from Priceline, but they still have the audacity to send us emails about deals and to see how our stay was without even making our destinat... read more
