My flight got moved earlier. I booked through Priceline. I needed to move my pick up time a few hours earlier. ******* said I have to move the time through Priceline, Priceline said I have to move it through *******. They wouldn't even do it for a fee and cars were available. Neither will let me move it and I can't get a refund. I now have to lose that money. If I owned either of these businesses there is now way I would do that to my customers. No more *******, no more Priceline for me... Buh-bye!!!
They do not credit back car rentals purchased within the last 24 hours. I had to cancel a trip due to work related issues. I purchased a hotel, travel protection insurance, hotel and rental car. Unfortunately I called *******which was no help kept being placed on hold and then as a result was not refunded the amount for the car rental due to “policy” which I was never informed of when I purchased the rental car.
Priceline.com Rebooking a massive nightmare. two days calling over 20 hours on the phone to reschedule and because they took so long the price went up $800.
Car rental - my contract says non-refundable and the company suggests non-refundable means no modifications (“non-changeable”). The rental company I got a deal for through this third party was for dollar rental. They too were not willing to help
I canceled my hotel reservation 24hrs before time and they will not refund MY $164
Terrible customer service. They can’t book flights in under an hour. There people on the phone don’t speak English. It should not be a full time job to get them to just do their jobs. Been trying to use our flight credits for two days. I will never use Priceline for anything thing ever again. CALL the air line directly.
I paid for a room with a jacuzzi, at ******* *** in ****** **. Once I checked in at ******* **** Priceline had me booked for a room with a King bed. ******* *** Staff told me that they do have a room with jacuzzi and had to charge me more money because how Priceline booked my room and notified me that Priceline does this alot. When I arrived at the motel, I was told my booking was cancelled by Priceline due to Priceline's payment issue. I paid my trip two months ago and did not get any notice on this change. My kids and I were stuck in that tiny dirty "lobby" for about one hour waiting for Priceline to solve this problem. I purchased an express deal which showed me a 2.5 star hidden hotel on Priceline. That Super 8 motel is at most one star in all aspects: small dirty rooms, super loud non-stop air conditioner etc. Don't waste your money and ruin ... read more
We tried to book 2 rooms for our Christmas trip with the kids. Priceline has an express deals thing for a much cheaper rate. When I tried to book it would tell me sold out then give me the option to book the same room but at a higher price. It did this to me 6 times and I know this because it shows on my bank account where they charged me then refunded me that many times.
