I booked a rental car through priceline for a **** rental car. The car I received from **** had numerous mechanical issues and upon return of the car I was told by **** they would provide me a full refund for the rental. **** in turn did not charge Priceline for the rental and I received a receipt reflecting that I would not be charged. **** told me I would need to get my refund from Priceline. **** also gave me a $50 credit towards my next rental because of the inconvenience. Yes, I typed the wrong email (a letter off), but they won’t allow you to update it correct it. They say start a new profile. Why would that make sense when I have trips pending. Then I booked a stay at a hotel and proceline confirmed one price. But the hotel charges me more than what my Priceline itinerary shows. Don’t use them it’s a scam.

I bought a hotel room through Priceline at the ********* ****** ** ********** ***Upon checkin in the hotel was closed. Nobody was at the check in desk and there was a sign with a phone number to call. Nobody answered the phone for more than one hour. I called priceline to cancel the reservation and I was told that, given the situation I would get a refund. My partner and I booked a flight from *******for December 2020. Due to the pandemic these flights had to be cancelled. Priceline let us know that we had credits with ******* and air ******* for these flights. Each time we tried to use these credits through them they added at least $500 to each ticket compared to the pricing showing on their website. I contacted Priceline on numerous occasions to discuss an updated invoice. My husband and I were leaving Dec 8th 2021 and returning Dec 12th 2021 flying out of ******* **However I received an email on Nov. 25th stating *******changed our flights to Dec.9th without contacting us. I asked Priceline to please contact the hotel and JetBlue to refund us for that 1 day. They do not make terms of use and cancelation policy clear. Their representatives are unprofessional and not at all knowledgeable about their own policies. They lie and say there is nothing they can do. Not able to get refund or change booking waste of $900. Buyers beware and do not use Priceline.com for any travel arrangements

Priceline overcharged the sales tax and fee on the traveler. When I called the Priceline customer services after speaking with the front desk clerk, the Priceline woman, Lynn, was rude and said they could not make any refund since I agreed to pay before booking the hotel rooms. I told her it is ripped off customers since Honolulu never charged 27% hotel tax on travelers. Booked a hotel at last minute around 10:01pm while I’m on the highway in the middle of the night. When we got to the hotel the room had cockroaches and smell terrible . I went to the front desk asked for another room was told they didn’t have other rooms available.
