I bought a air travel ticket through Priceline website, I was able to start my trip as scheduled on Oct 25 2021 from ******* ** ******* then to ******** ******I had my return scheduled for Dec 26th 2021. Made a reservation for a Hotel stay thinking I was making it with ******Hotels on December 11. My wife got Sick and I had to cancel the reservation since we could no longer go . This is when I realized that it was not with the ******but a third party which in this case was Priceline and they would not refund my money despite that fact that the reservation was for 12/31 and I cancelled it on 12/24 . I ordered and paid for a 5 day **** car rental through Priceline. I arrived at the airport to pick up the car and was told I’d have a 3 to 4 hour wait, but they couldn’t guarantee that a car would be available. They suggested that I come back tomorrow, and if that wasn’t convenient that I call Priceline and get a refund. The worst website to rent a car liars misleader cheater.
Priceline advertise free cancelation on there rental cars but that's just false advertisement. Especially if you only have 24 hrs to cancel. I contacted them to try and switch reservation dates and was denied even though the car advertised free cancelation.
I made a reservation with Priceline for ******* ** ********My flight lands at 9:35pm and I arrive at the hotel at 11:30pm. There are no cars or lights on at this hotel. I go inside, no one is at the counter so I ring the bell on the counter and a gentleman ask how can he help me over a intercom speaker. I ask “Is the hotel open.” He says yes an after a moment he shows up at the counter. I have been using Priceline for over 5 years now but today had a very negative experience. I had a flight from ****** ** *** ****with a stopover in ******** The day before, I get an email from Priceline to check into my flight.
