They screw up the dates on your reservation and then don’t refund you money. They’re a scam, avoid Priceline at all costs!!!! I’ve had to files charges against them, and fraud charges through my bank because they’re more interested in ripping you off then anything else.
Rented a hotel through Priceline only to find out that their guarantee of amenities is not something they stand by. The location they sent me was also so bad that we left right after check in and stayed at a sister property they still refused to refund our money or mark us as checked out. Priceline stated it wasnt their problem and that we had to take it up with the location and only offered a 15% discount after taking our money and not caring that there site was completely wrong since there was no gym or pool.
I will never use Priceline ever again in my life. I recently booked a vacation package with a flight and rental car. I paid for everything in advance by using my debt card. I get to the airport only to find out I can not use a debt card for a rental, even though everything has been paid for, they have my money. I very dissatisfied with customer service and offfer, I had a rental car I reserved through Priceline, trip#499-000-33-38, I paid for the insurance on this and never rented the car due to the fact that the car rental company was not honoring any of Priceline’s itinerary pricing quote, have tried numerous time and spoke to several different people with customer service and get hung up on every time, I just want my $143 back for insurance that was never used
I made a reservation #, for a ******* ***** * ***** ***** ** *************In. for Jan. 14-17, 2022. I made the reservation 80 days in advance. I paid at that time with my credit card and received my itinerary then. When I arrived at the hotel at 7pm, the clerk told me that the manager would not accept the price and I would have to pay an additional $40 a night for the room. I booked a hotel thru Priceline and when I arrived at the hotel only to find it was closed. When I called Priceline I was told they couldn't do anything and I'd have to wait up to 48 hours for a refund. All I asked was to be put up on a different hotel. I was told that's not their policy and tough luck. So needless to say my family and I slept in our vehicle. The temperature outside was 6°.
Our plane home was cancelled along with numerous other flights on 1/16/22. It was the wee hours of the morning. All hotels in ***** were booking up quickly. We scrambled & called Priceline. This company put my reservation for a hotel room under my son's name instead of mine so therefore when we checked in they could not find the reservation since they mistakenly put it in the wrong room.....I was charged by Priceline for the room .....because it was considered a 'no show'...I then had to pay for a room as a 'walk-in' & charged again for the room...... PRICELINE NOT WILLING TO ISSUE ME A REFUND!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.....I'LL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
I’m beyond unhappy with my stay at this hotel, *** ********* **** *******I booked through Priceline who directed me to their sister company Booking.com, who is now telling me to contact the hotel for resolve. I did send an email to the requested email last week when i received the information and never heard back from them.... at all!
