I was unable to get an extension or voucher for a hotel reservation made through Priceline. I made a hotel reservation through Priceline to start a nursing travel contract. Right before leaving home, I found out I had been exposed to covid and was having symptoms. I am following all mandates from my job, quarantine and testing. Just requested an extension from Priceline, which they refused. I have lost over $500.00. Health professionals, this company is not the one to use.

I was just going to let this go, but the more I think about it the more frustrated I become. I called Priceline to change my rental pickup from ** ********** ** ******The girl on the phone said she would give me the proper number to call to resolve this. She then started reading off the number. I said can you please hang on while I grab a pen and paper. They promote deals that aren’t available, then book you at a higher price. In my case, I tried to book a car rental for *****from 01/25-01/30 that was advertised and priced at $13.87/day for a compact car. The trip only consists of myself and my husband so we didn't need much room in the car and was looking for a great low rate. So when I saw this rate I jumped at it! My booking was $13.87 x 5 days and I requested to add on $13 insurance for the 5 days which was $65. With taxes and fees I was completely open to booking my re... read more

Priceline has terrible customer service and will not honor travel credits. Even after I sent them a screen shot of the ******** ********updated trip credit policy due to covid, they refused to honor the credit and rebook my flight.

I had a reservation today for a hotel on 1/8/21 for 1 night in *********. I particularly booked this hotel dull because it was close to the airport and was stated to have an airport shuttle. This was listed not only on Priceline’s website, but also the hotels official website. Under reservation details after booking on Priceline.com, it also states there would be an airport shuttle. I used Priceline to make a hotel reservation, first I found out that was charged too much, I was charged $350 per night for a hotel that others guests that I talked with at the hotel paid $150. Second problem was they gave a room with lot of problems. I tried to solve it through hotel management, but they told me since the reservation was made through Priceline they couldn’t change my room. I booked a trip thru Priceline October 15, 2021 in the amount of $1090.38. I used ****** to pay for the trip. When Priceline cancelled they did not cancel the return trip. The airlines booked the going to ***** and the return flight as 2 separate flights. When Priceline got the refund it was for the going to ***** part of the trip. $132.24 the flight home was not refunded. ******** ******** confirmed they have the money but will not refund it will be in my account which I do not want. Not only misleading, their booking app is programmed to SCAM people. Provided choices for Standard Room (lower price rate) and King Suite (higher price rate) with different price rates that turned out to be the same type of room. After booking, the same options disappeared.
