My American family was stranded in *****, Ghana. There was a huge snowstorm where they were to fly back into the states (*** ******** ****) and we’re delayed, but the flight threatened cancellation. I booked a trip ***** *****, DFW, ****** ********, and back through priceline. Unbeknown to me they booked two one way tickets instead of one round trip ticket. When my Flight to ****** ******** was canceled I got a refund. However priceline said the return flight wasn't canceled so they would not give me a refund. Now they booked two one way tickets, not Me. Trying to get a hold of customer service for 2 days now. I need to reschedule my flight due to a legitimate covid related issue and I can't get a human on the phone. All of their dial-in lines say they will need to call me back due to high volume, but they do not call back. Their website chat feature took an hour to get around 5 total messages sent and received and after wasting that time, told me they couldn't help and I needed to call in. Priceline originally booked my December Florida trip itinerary not using my Passport legal name. One of their representatives in September stated that he finally corrected the issue by voiding my original ******** ******** tickets and reissuing new tickets in my legal name. He sent me confirmation that he corrected the problem in Spanish. That seemed pretty odd, because I don’t speak Spanish!?! I have a flight booked for 1/05/22. I called today 1/03/22 to notify Priceline that I have Covid19 symptoms and wanted to cancel flight I was told that I would have to pay a $200 cancellation fee if I canceled. So in other words catch the flight and spread covid19 smh I told them my aunt tested positive and we were together, all the guy could say I’m sorry but the ticket you purchased can’t be credited even in your situation and they wonder why this virus keeps spreading smh I’m going to call the airline also. I have repeatedly called customer service. At least 15 times. They say they will return my call, but don’t. The handful of times that I got through to someone every single one of them has hung up on me. The **messenger and online chat will only give me the same number to call and that they can not get me to a manager.
Priceline is the worst! Very poor customer service. They lie when they tell you that you cannot cancel your reservation, and they cannot even help you rebook your flight. It’s just a horrible experience I hope I never have again.
I booked a rental car through Priceline. I wanted to cancel the reservation due to COVID. They said they could not refund my money for rental fee is $500.
My husband purchased tickets for our son and my sons girlfriend. He puts dates in December 21 to December 29 and it popped with a price he rechecked dates and purchase the airline tickets. When we rector email confirmation it was completely wrong dates! My husband called to change the dates which he was told he had to cancel and for canceling was a $50 charge!!!
