I have been trying to book a flight using an e-credit. I originally booked with Priceline for a ***** flight back in March 2020. The flight was cancelled due to COVID. My husband and I received an email with instructions on how to use the credit at a future date. Fast forward to today… I have a family emergency where I am trying to use that credit (it is still valid until August 2022). Horrible experience, a flight was postponed because of covid. I had until oct 12th to get tickets set, so I called and got a 6 month extension till march, turns out priceline chose to credit me back sooner anyway(oct 12th). They credited me back my $512 in tickets, but kept the $1,028 that was labeled as fees and taxes. Oh and insult to injust I had travel insurance I paid extra for, and they said the travel insurance didn't cover the expiration lol. I will never do business with them again.

I reserved a rental car and my car broke down on the way to pick it up. I had to make another reservation at a different location because they wouldn't modify my reservation for the same day. They made me make another reservation and I was told I would get refunded. Well here it is a week later no refund and they will not let me pick the car up.

They promote deals that aren’t available, then try to book you at a higher price. In my case, I tried to book a hotel in ********* **that accepts pets promoted on Priceline’s email. When I tried to book on Priceline’s website, told the deal was no longer available. A Priceline rep then booked me into a different hotel that I found later does NOT accept pets! After paying over $1000.00 to Priceline, they denied our request to cancel - and of course no refund.

Terrible experience! I reserved a car from Priceline a couple of weeks before my trip successfully and I paid for it upfront but when I got to the rental location to get my car, they simply said that they have no car available and my whole vacation plan was ruined. Priceline customer service didn’t offer any remedy for my ruined plan and were really rude. What’s the point of booking and paying upfront if the car is not reserved for you?! I never trust them again and recommend nobody to trust them either.

I booked a room for three nights through Priceline at a hotel in Illinois. I didn’t show up the first night due to business restrictions. I thought that’s OK, the first night is my fault. However, priceline and or the hotel canceled my entire reservation causing me to rebook for two additional nights at a cost of almost $200. Priceline basically told me too bad!

Poor customer service. I rent a car through priceline.com last December 5 2021 and i used my debit card and it went thru, so when i arrived at *** *****airport, budget cars don't want to transact with me unless i use a credit card, i even called *******insurance to call priceline but unfortunately i did not connect with them. So, what i did is to look for a car rental that will accept my debit card and it is payless car rental. I have purchase a ticket and it never went through to the airport I have paid extra to solve the problem but my tickets still cannot be found I have been on the phone with Priceline for 2 days now and constantly on hold the serves absolutely sucks and will never purchase anything from them again. I still haven't got through to anyone.

I booked a business class flight to India departing this week. I understand full cancellation is possible within 24 hours of booking and it is over. However due to the rising COVID/Omicron cases, I wished to reschedule my booking. Priceline kept telling me that the airline ********* has taken control of my ticket and only they can change it. First time in my life I heard the words from a Travel Agent that "someone has taken control of the ticket" when it was booked through them and has a Priceline ID attached to it.
