On three occasions I used Priceline to fly and book hotels but lost because the flights or hotel situation didn’t go as planned I couldn’t get no one on the phone to help me out or accommodate me I dot money and lost a vacation October 2021 and February 2022 I will never use Priceline again in life #theworst

I booked a room through Priceline at ***** ** *********for 2 nights because I was competing in a local competition. Priceline advertised free breakfast, indoor pool (closed, though I was led to believe probably would be opened at the time of my stay) as I had a non-refundable room rate. Unforeseeably, my dance partner tested positive for Covid a few days before we were supposed to travel. I booked a main Cabin flight which is an upgrade from economy class and they sent me a confirmation that says economy. Called ******** ******** and referred me back to Priceline and priceline is stating I paid for economy class. online price for economy is 153 I paid 232.

Horrible customer service. Priceline listed a hotel that was medically unsafe. My hotel room had mold on the shower curtain, the ceiling of the hotel, the headboard was coming down, it was rated a 4 star hotel. Definitely did not match the description or advertisement, I complained to Priceline and was told I couldn’t receive a refund at a hotel that I was unable to stay in fully. I am seeking a lawyer to reconcile their responsibilities and adhere to their policies.

Booked our family vacation flight and rental car using Priceline and what I nightmare this turned out to be. We booked everything online come to find out they double booked everything. When we called they basically told us there was nothing they could do it was on us to call each airlines and rental car company to cancel the double bookings that they did. After hours of being on the phone with multiple airlines rental car company we finally got it resolved and now have to wait to make sure all the refund are correct. Spoke w... read more

They do not check the hotels it is more of a bait and switch now! The pictures are never current, theY do not keep current nor up to date information on hotels, food served, pools, or amenities. They simple take whatever the hotel sends or has online, use to be a great service to save but now is more of a scam and last few times lost money, horrible experiences, booked hotel 30 minutes away, then today hotel was beyond any human standards. Priceline stole my money. I was told I could cancel the hotel room before midnight that same day and I had to and they still claimed that they could not refund me. I had to file a complaint with the Attorney General office in California and I am speaking with them. I also was told by the hotel I booked through Priceline that they refunded my money to Priceline and Priceline is telling me that the hotel hasn’t refunded them. This is unsatisfactory and I will report this company to every outlet I can.

Very upsetting to get scammed into a car rental price that was indeed to cheap to be true. FROM PRICELINE. I trusted them. I reserved a car for our trip to ********I did read that there would be an additional security charge at pick up but I never imagined there’d be so many additional charges!! Been trying to get help canceling a car reservation (thru *******) and Priceline refuse to get this cancelled. I have spoken to several "representatives" who cannot cancel my reservation! Seems like they are not doing any customer "service". Extremely frustrating. I will "eat" the cost of the car reservation as I am getting too mad at Priceline! I give them a zero rating (but had to choose 1) for ineptitude. I see they have lots of complaints - not surprising!
