I would not recommend this site for anyone! I booked a hotel in ****** *******. Room rate was 125.00 When I got the bill it had tax recovery of over 50 dollars 157.00 US funds which is almost 200 canada. Then I realized I booked the wrong day and they gave me the " This room is non refundable". I cant afford to get another night for when I actually needed it. Customer service was no help at all. Be careful! It is the first sire that comes up if you ****** a hotel.

For our anniversary trip, I booked two hotels in ****** ******. Priceline sent confirmation for both hotels; however, after several weeks I found out that our first resort never got booked. I had to fight with Priceline because they wanted us to stay at a far less nice resort that didn’t even have A/C. Finally, we worked it out. Please don’t book with this company during an emergency situation. They canceled my reservations because I couldn’t make it to the hotel after evacuating from Hurricane Ida. I drove all day and night trying but COULDN’T MAKE IT BECAUSE OF TERRIBLE TRAFFIC. I AM A DISABLED SENIOR AND I MADE IT WHEN I COULD. I SUFFER FROM SEVERE MUSCLE SPASMS AND BACK PAIN. My husband booked a trip through Priceline over a month in advance. Unfortunately, we had an urgent medical emergency and he was hospitalized for over a week right before the trip. We understand the tickets were non-refundable however he called Priceline support and explained our situation to see if there was anything they can do. The representative asked him to email medical documents to prove that he was in the hospital in order to get a credit back. I don't plan to ever use Priceline again. Priceline ensures that one is unaware that flights they are reserving, are unrefundable. I scheduled 2 trips for an event, and when the event was canceled and I tried to cancel online, their online program made it impossible to cancel. I then phoned Priceline and the phone call was answered by someone with such a thick accent that I literally found it almost impossible to understand a word she was saying. Priceline Executives absolutely do not care about there customers. I have been reaching via email, fax, phone and ********. I have been lied to for 3 months about a trip voucher was advised I didn't have one. Finally an agent was able to locate it book us paid for. Just to have priceline run my ard 10 times! My trip was paid 9/26 cleared the bank on 9/27/2021. Then they charged me on the 27th and the 28th for they same amount. I have been calling and emailing them to correct this. I have been a loyal Priceline customer and advocate for years. That is up until my most recent experience with an express deal. They seemed very money hungry and not about customer service by any means. It was incredibly disappointing that no one attempted to make it right. It is enough to turn my off of Priceline for good.

This company is the worst!!!!! I called the company to find a hotel or motel or any place in ******** ** that had a whirlpool tub in the room a kitchen would be nice too, but the tub was the most important... After over 20mins on the phone with the sales rep said finally said he found us a room at the Hilton that has a Jacuzzi tub in our room...
