I booked a hotel through Priceline, **** *** ******* ********* ***., the rating was 3.5 with mainly good reviews. This hotel was a slum, dirty, with broken door knobs, ceiling repairs done by a toddler, torn carpets and the list goes on. Breakfast was a joke, coffee gone at 0900am. Staff was pleasant, the air conditioner works along with the TV. But I wish I brought beach shoes to wear in the shower. Can't even give 1 star.

Priceline teased me with a "special lower rate" for a ****** stay in ******** ***. After booking, my credit card was charged an extra $150 for fees and services. I was told that the transaction was nonrefundable/ non-cancelable. Totally dishonest and deceptive. Never use these guys !!!

After trying to get a room through Priceline. When we got to the hotel they didn’t have the room that was sold to us online. We were told we would get a refund in a day. But we are now 5 days and still no refund. Also having to sleep in the car for 2 days because neither day was a room available to us. All Priceline would do was give us an extra 12 dollars on a red that hasn’t came in an apologize. There has to be someway that once a room is purchased online that no one can retrieve that room without penalty. We were extreme... read more

Liars, cheats and thiefs. Unhelpful customer service. Do not use this company, you will not be satisfied, unless you want to be ripped off.

Reserved rental car via Priceline, at ****** ****** Car in *******, pickup on Sept 2 at 730pm. Left ******** ** in early a.m. Sept 2, flying to ******* for family funeral. Arrived ******* around 7pm, with spouse, and after getting our luggage went directly to booth for ******. We got in a line of customers, making us about 8th in line. There were 2 staff in booth, each at computer, but only one staffer helping customers. I've put down 1 star because zero stars wasn't an option. I made flight reservations in June. The flight has been rescheduled. Per Priceline's website "if a schedule change results in an unacceptable itinerary, call us as soon as possible". (******** ******** told me to contact Priceline directly). I have called, waited for a call back three times, and on the call back, the agent put me on hold, dropped the call, or wasn't there when I answered. They used a bait-and-switch scam to get me to pay for a reservation at a hotel that was too far from what I was looking for. They assured me that they would refund my money in two days. When I called to inquire about the refund, they said that they could not do anything to help me, and claimed that I was a no-show. The worst experience that I have ever had with an company.

Alright so, I rented a car and got plane tickets through priceline (package deal). I receive an email a month before my flight and ******** tells me they have changed my plane tickets to 1 am and the return to 5 am. Keep in mind i have two, under 5, children so this is just GREAT! I contact ******** and explain the kids and 1 am flight and they end up changing my flight back to a normal time but it is 3 hours earlier on the departure and 10 hours later on the return flights. I received a phone call that my brother was in the hospital and not expected to live. I immediately booked a flight to ****** from ****. Took forever to get a Covid test which is mandatory to enter the state, so I did not get there until May 29th. Had a round trip ticket; however, my brother died before I could get there. Within 3 weeks of arriving, I had completed everything I could without a death certificate (which I did not receive until the end of July), so I chose to go home without using the second part of the ticket.... read more
