We booked a trip through Priceline. Due to a death in the family and COVID related issues with childcare, we had to cancel our flight and rental car 10 days after booking. Called CSR to cancel flights and rental car and was told everything was non-refundable. I asked for a supervisor and requested a call back; 2.5 hour call back wait time. 4.5 hours later after I am in bed, they called back. Priceline.com reserved us a hotel for 2 nights for the start of our vacation and we asked specifically for a hotel with a pool and a kitchen regardless of price and they found us a hotel but when we went to go check it out since it was in the same city we found the hotel was nothing like described except for the kitchen, the pool on the other hand was green from mold and bacteria and had a closed sign from DHEC. False advertising, filthy hotels, scam. And very poor customer service. Advertise free cancelation, but read the fine print, they'll charge you $ 50 or more. Iwanted to cancel a week in advance. I booked with them prior and got to a hotel that was moldy with holes in bathroom ceiling and carpet that stuck to your feet. The mold gave us a headache, we left and booked elsewhere, using priceline, I asked for a refund and they refused. I'll Never use this company again. Avoid this company!!

I purchased a rental car for 264.54. I entered in all the information for my credit card and address. The clicked confirm and the price changed to 452. I called priceline to dispute the charge and they would cancel the reservation. I ended up losing 452.

So disappointed with priceline's customer service. I made a reservation for a hotel in ******* for $53.62. However, when I arrived at the hotel that night, the front desk told me they could not find my reservation. I called priceline right away, and the call was automatically transferred to somewhere in Egypt, they told me no reservation could be found and gave me another phone number. Very disappointed, when you check in they charge a $100 damage deposit and they refund it up to 10 days, they hiding this information on Priceline and their website, stay away from this hotel, I try to cancel this reservation but the front desk tells me I can not cancel you need to contact Priceline, very disappointed, ******** **** ******* ****** * ******* * ***** * **** ******

On august 8th 2021 i reserve a 4.5 star express deal after putting in my filters all i asked for was a hotel in time square above 3 stars parking and no smoking rooms after paying i read my Itinerary and there was no parking called hotel they told me they do not provide parking but they have a parking off site for 80 dollars a day was upset because who gets a hotel in NY with no parking parking is crazy in NY i called Priceline where a rep continued to read something off the internet as i continued to ask him to look at the ... read more
