Trying to get a change to my flight and got locked out of my account. Tried to go through their online chat service. Thing doesn't respond. Tried calling and there's always a 1 hour wait time where they force you to get a call back instead of waiting on the line. When I get a call back there is no response from the other side. There is no way for my to access my account to get to my flight and cancel through the insurance we paid for using Priceline. Flight is in four days. USE A DIFFERENT SITE. This company does not stand behind their customers rather they back up their hotels. I asked for a refund due to ********* hotel in ********* was in poorable condition with dirty carpets In the hallway with trash laying around, and the place was flea infested. I gave the key back immediately back to the front desk and asked for a co plate refund and was told to call priceland. When I called, all they wanna do is offer me a 15% off my next stay. Lol. I was sent an email regarding a credit that I had in the amount of 279 per ticket. I called 3 weeks later to use it just to be told that the amount promised AND emailed was incorrect and was really 168 per ticket! I spoke to a supervisor AND manager and neither could do anything for me except offer me a hotel credit. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service to the point where not even a manager would recifty the matter and honor what was told and emailed to me. My husband and I frequent Priceline due to high costs travel expenses especially during the pandemic. We were set to marry on the 31st of July and booked our flights for the 29th to fly in to Birmingham so we can get acclimated and fix final details. Aside from our flights we booked a vehicle through Priceline from **** for date of arrival 29th to the following Sunday August 8th. Priceline hotel cancelation policy needs to be more specific on the "one day prior to arrival at the hotel" . I did my cancelation more than 24 hours earlier and I didn't get a full refund. I lost $103.91 for this fraudulent policy. I talked to the agent on July 26th to get a match for a better deal I found with Hopper company, but she said no. My first experience with Priceline was a nightmare! Priceline is a ripoff and should be shut down. I booked a trip to ***** for an all inclusive vacation. Upon my arrival to the lobby of **** **** ***** ******, I was informed that I had only purchased my room and did not have the All-Inclusive package in the Hotel's system. Priceline sold me 2 nights at the Hotel that is out of business. I was on the street without place to go in different country. Now I can't even get a refund for the hotel that is permanently closed.

This company commits fraud with their online services. When repeated evidence is presented, they refuse to provide a refund or to provide necessary information for further investigation on behalf of a credit card company. I do not advise using any services from Priceline or providing them any financial information for any reason.
