Priceline company is out to get your money! Never will I go back to Priceline. I booked a round trip flight online going business class for 2 adults. Confirmed the flight seating and paid for the flight. Two days before the flight leaves, I see that they have given me for the first half of the flight business class seating and for the change of flight economy class seating. I bought a round-trip ticket to Fort Lauderdale on Priceline it sent me an email telling me since I purchased a flight I could get a car at 40% off I went ahead and click on the link and it gave me different companies to choose from along with different rates I chose a rate of $25 a day I book the car for six days it told me my total balance paid in full for six days at $25 a day would be $253 total I put my information in put my credit card payment information in also and after submitting the confirmation came back telling ... read more

Booked a flight which included a checked bag when purchased. Now told that the included bag meant the airlines bag check policy was included. This adds $140 to a ticket. Called their service desk to resolve this and spoke with "Venus". She refused to forward changes Priceline made to the itinerary and talked in circular arguments. I booked a rental car through Priceline but my flight was delayed, putting me outside of the grace period for my reservation. I called Priceline who told me to call the rental agency directly. The rental agency informed me that Priceline as the reservation holder was the only one who could modify it. I called Priceline back and was told by their representative that they CAN modify the reservation. While placed on hold I was hung up on. On July 20th 2021, I used Priceline to book a room in which was charged to my credit card, for the amount of $69.44. I received an email with the confirmation of the itinerary. I drove for almost four hours to ****** ** to the motel, upon check in, I was informed that my reservation was canceled, and that nobody could reach me to inform me that my confirmed reservation was being canceled. I booked a flight, hotel and car rental through Pricelinr. My airline reservation times have changed multiple times as to whete I now have multiple major layover times as compared to what I initially agreed to. They have also screwed up my hotel reservations. Pricrline is terrible!!! I won't use again!!!
