I booked a rental for August 6 through ***** via Priceline. My son got Covid and we had to cancel our trip. I contacted Priceline to cancel and they told me I had to go through ***** to cancel. Thats what I did. Low and behold I get my credit card statement and I am being billed. I contacted ***** once again and they said the reservation was canceled and to call Priceline for refund. I had booked 2 rooms for August 14, the hotel could not find my reservation. Over $500 dollars!!! I had to go purchase 2 more rooms some where else. They are giving me the run around about giving me my money back!!!
Did a car rental about a month out from my trip. Had to cancel the trip due to military orders due to COVID rules and they wouldn’t budge on giving my money back even though I couldn’t use the car. This is a ridiculous rule that they have and should not treat their customers in this manner especially veterans. Will never purchase from them again and will not recommend!!
I booked a ticket on aug 3 2021. It so happens that I wanted to change my fight a repetitive from Priceline told me that they can assist me out changing my ticket of no charger because it haven’t been 24 hours yet, however the rep told me that in order to change the ticket I’d have to cancel my ticket….an I was suppose to receive a refund…..165 an it’s been more than 10 business days still haven’t received my funds ..
SCAMMERS. I booked a hotel room for 5 days at a hotel that PRICE LINE said was pet friendly and 18yr+ … when I got to the hotel I couldn’t even go in because it was 21+ and NOT pet friendly , like it was on their walls and everything, very obvious. I struggle to find the words to articulate my anger and frustration with priceline. I was shocked by how little they cared about my troubles. We booked a car with *** ****** ** ******* **through priceline. I had to fly to our destination earlier and my wife kept her original flight and was set to pick up the car as planned. My flight was 2 1/2 hours late. The ******* car rental was closed. Had to take a taxi instead for $105. Upon checking, found Priceline actually billed me twice for this one car rental. No luck trying to get a refund from Priceline or ******** Then a future flight for September was cancelled, so tried to get refund of car rental for that trip. We were trying to get a car rental and found a price for $16 dollars a day, we did the order, and after we submitted it the per day rental went up to $42. I called price line and they ACKNOWLEDGED they can see the $16 dollars a day rental, but they said per their policy they will not make adjustments, cancellation, or refunds. That is bait and switch. That is illegal.
No, I would give them a 0. After wasting 1 1/2 hr chatting online and talking with a phone rep, I was told “The GM at Comfort Inn Jackson denied your claim. So no refund, no credit” I made a reservation through Priceline at this hotel. When I got to the desk I was told, no reservations under your name and we are booked full. It was 11:30 pm-12:30am.
