I booked flights from *** ** ***through Priceline. ******* ******* canceled our outgoing flight, qualifying us for a full refund. British Airways sent the refund waiver code to Priceline and Priceline hasn't processed the refund yet. I've been calling, all day, every day for weeks. Their chat feature won't give you a live agent. Emails sent are returned with....*call our toll free number...the phone system has a high-volume message then hangs up on you. I've put in well over 50 hours trying to get help.

We rented a hotel room through Priceline for a week. We received an email approximately two weeks before our trip stating that breakfast was erroneously included in the price and we would be receiving a refund to our credit card of $10pp a day (2 adults+$20 per day x 7 nights=$140). We attempted at the hotel and via Priceline to receive a refund..did not happen. Filed a complaint with BBB.. they responded on the last day that I would receive the refund..never happened.. still no refund to date..and it has been months..

I wish there is 0 star option, be aware! Booked a return ticket from ** ** **and had to cancel it, so i called price line and agreed to keep it as credit for future use. Today I need to book anther ticket from ** ** **and i made the call trying to use the credit After 2 hours of putting on hold/talk/hold again, representative gave me a quote that $100 more than what I see on the website , for the same airline on the same date and i was told that's the only way I can use my $200 credit. We used Priceline to rent a car - reserved 05/26. We received a call on the day of our trip 06/10 from Hertz advising there was no car for us. We caught a taxi from the airport to our condo in Corpus Christi, TX (20 minute ride @ $60). Hertz kept disconnecting us by phone so my husband caught a ride to the rental location- where he was advised the issue lies with Priceline who overbooked. We also have a special needs child. I purchased round trip airline tickets and hotel through Priceline. Upon my arrival when I called for the airport shuttle service listed under the hotel amenities, I was informed that not only do they not have a shuttle, they also did not have a room for me because they were undergoing renovations. Priceline refused to find other accommodations and said that it would take up to 10 days to refund that portion of my bill for the hotel. I just want you all to know how badly you've ****** *** You are hands down the worst corporation after ******* ***** *** ****** ******* in the United States. You bought a reservation from ******changed the date and location, and charged me an additional $10 for the convenience. You are no better than a tracksuit mugger. I pity anyone unfortunate enough to be forced to work for such a corrupt organization. The worst experience I have ever had. The hotel we booked for my sick father in law over booked and bumped them out. Priceline took serval hours to get back to us and would not give anywhere near the compensation of the new room the had to had to pay for out of pocket. Priceline’s response was that we should have waited 4 hours for them to get get to us before we booked another room. Yes 4 hrs for a sick man with cancer I think not. I have talked to everyone I can and they still will do nothing. I will never use them again.

After dealing with Priceline for years on hotel reservations I am done with them. I booked a standard double room and when I arrived I was told it would be an additional $20 for 2 beds. No. They said it's non-refundable and no cancellation and for me to contact Priceline. After checking in at another hotel and getting settled I made multiple calls to Priceline and was told the hotel would not approve a refund back to my card. I agreed and paid for the room I wanted at the price quoted and should not have been expected to pay... read more
