Priceline was very quick to withdrawl the money from my account for a reservation for **** *** ** ***********(over a week early) but gave the Days Inn a credit card from them that was declined. I had to wait at the front desk for 45 minutes for Priceline to correct the problem. I was not given anything for MY inconvenience or trouble. They say that because it was eventually resolve (45 minutes later AFTER I had been driving for 7 hours) they felt they owed me nothing. Talk about good customer relations - NOT!!

I have stayed at a filthy hotel in **** ******* **it’s infested with roaches,mice, and bed bugs it’s called the Ramada on top of the ridiculously high price for such a sleazy and micro managed facility to add assault to injury I took a photo and had an entire conversation with a Priceline representative providing photos this last time of actual cock roaches in my room I was assured that My photos and all would be considered I never heard anything else after that and o never got my money from Priceline I’m highly disappointed

This is what I sent already to **** as well! I reserved and paid for a luxury vehicle through Priceline only to find out when I get to the ******* *** ******* **** location that they no longer had my luxury car available. The rep at the counter said he can give me a larger vehicle and discount the price because ******** had a deal and the car shortage wasn’t my fault. I accepted and told him I already paid the reservation when he asked for credit card to place a “hold” on it for incidentals. I inquired how I would get differ... read more

Made a reservation on priceline. Upon arrival at the hotel we complained of a individual male who was under the influence or ill. Because we did police were called as both front desk clerk and manager made it very clear, "not our business and its her boyfriend." We were demanded to leave so we did. Priceline did not refund us our money!!!!! We are looking for a refund!!!!!!!!

Priceline customer service took so long that I missed any opportunity to recoup for a missed flight. They were certainly happy to book a new flight for an additional $275. Five hours of waiting to speak with customer service and I got jerked around by someone who had trouble looking for a rational solution.

I wanted to cancel the 3 day weekend and make it a 2 day. I was directed on the phone by their staff to cancel online and then resubmit for the days I wanted. I was charged $506 for the original 3days then $450 for the 2days the second time. When I called and told them I assumed I would just get the difference returned to me, they reassured me I would receive the $506 within a few days. It has now been 23 days. We booked a 3 night stay in a ** ******** through Priceline over the phone, and later seen they charged us 28% tax. When we called to resolve this issue they told us we should’ve seen it and they don’t do refunds. That was it, they refused to make good on overcharging us and that was it. We will never book through Priceline again. Too bad for them because we do alit if traveling.,

Priceline refused to send an itemized receipt showing the taxes and fees I paid. There is a just a lump sum. I received a receipt from the car rental company which is much lower, and the difference was in the taxes, which means Priceline charged an undisclosed fee. I called customer service and all they will provide is an itinerary, not a breakdown of my actual bill including the taxes and fees I paid. This is not legal — in the U.S., a company must provide a complete breakdown of the bill by line item.

Priceline is horribly deceptive- they list an anonymous hotel you can book as well as named hotels, but when you pick the anonymous one it turns out to be one of the listed hotels (which you could have booked directly, and which obviously you did not choose for a reason). They then hide behind the “non refundable” excuse. I think it is misleading and deceptive to make the anonymous listing the exact same hotel as others listed in a search result.
