I booked a round trip to ***** 3 months in advance. While I was on my trip they changed my flight so I had a 21 hour layover at **** I tried calling Priceline and waited 2 hours for a call back and when they called back, they redirected my call to the flights department which was another 3 hour wait. Once they called me back, 5 minutes into the call I was disconnected (with no call back) and had to start the whole process again. In all, it took me 10 hours to talk to someone, and once I did, they were rude and would not help... read more

I was forced to Cancel my trip on to Italy due to a government mandate. I have called, texted and emailed for a refund. It is not 9/25 and I have not been refunded. A total and complete lack of service and, as far as I am concerned, stealing.

I am absolutely disgusted with priceline. The airline we used cancelled and priceline never updated us on this. Thankfully my husband checked at midnight the day we were leaving and found out the trip was cancelled. Upon calling priceline we were basically told it's cancelled you need to book another flight and we will give you a partial payment. I'm sorry but because you failed to do your job you costed my husband and I and extra $573.00 just to get home. I called and requested to speak to a manager because this was unfair ... read more

Do NOT ever book through Priceline. They’re nothing but frauds. Someone booked a room with my card and they won’t refund me my money. The people never even showed up to the hotel. But now I’m out of $239. I even filed a police report and I’ve still yet to be compensated for my refund. I hate companies like this. And I hope y’all go out of business, y’all don’t deserve to thrive. Money hungry thieves.

The company does not provide a itemized bill for services, feesor taxes accessed to the hotel bill. They add taxes and fees and do not explain what I paid for.

We Purchased tickets to ***i from Priceline. The airline canceled our reservation that was to happen in April due to COVID. First Priceline told us we would get a full refund, then months later they told us we would get a 50% refund, and now we are 5 months later and have not seen a penny. I have called weekly to get this resolved with no results.

The hotel I reserved through Priceline is supposed to have "Enhanced cleaning" due to the Pandemic, and they are supposed to wait 48 hours between customers before / before releasing a room to a new customer. 1) When I checked in the attendant at the desk had no face mask on, and there were (are) no protective shields between the customer and the employee/s; 2) Today when I left the room I observed that the employees tasked with cleaning the rooms are not wearing face masks or gloves - and it seems that when some whom were o... read more

If I could leave a -5 star rating I would. On 9/5/20 I was advised by the ******** vehicle rental representative that my booking couldn't and wouldn't be honored because it needed to be done more than 24 hours in advance when using Priceline.com. My flight, hotel and vehicle booking were due to a family emergency. When I attempted to contact Priceline.com by phone it was a nightmare! CHEATS! Paid $1000 to fly business class from ******** ** ********and back. Made seat selections in business class. They changed second and third legs seats to coach. Only first leg seat selection was left unchanged. Warning others to read their confirmation email for unilateral changes made by Priceline to their seat selections.
