They are a travel agency but don't perform as a hired travel agent. When a connecting flight was canceled a few weeks prior to it's schedule, Priceline failed to reach out to me with an update or re-booking options. Instead, I ran into errors at check-in and was informed the bad news by the airline at the last second. My wife and I purchased flight tickets for ****** through priceline. The covid-19 situation caused us to cancel our plans because of the required 14 day quarantine. We wanted to change our flight to a different location, but they said that we would need to pay an additional $300 to make the change. Priceline.com pushed on me a cluster of 3 hotels some 75 miles away from my requested destination if **** ***** ** on 28June2020, without posting that distance from **** **** (as does ************. They did provide the street addresses, but I was driving and unable to research the exact location. This should not happen, and I wish to voice my objection, along with my insistence that these alternative offers be presented with distance from the requested target location. Thank you for your attention.

Had a hotel reserved for a vacation, due to corona virus my flight got cancelled, Priceline wouldn't allow me to cancel or change my reservation, basically stole $300 from me, avoid this shitty company at all costs.

My first time using Priceline I purchased 7 airline tickets and reserved a car rental for a week. They first withdrew $300 more out of my bank account than what my receipt said. It took three weeks to get that $300 back after spending a few hours back and forth with customer service. I also was sold a non legitimate car rental reservation. This company is a scam!!! I booked a flight to ****** for my terminally ill husband as a bucket list for him. ****** then shutdown traveling to the islands due to Covid-19 so we had to cancel our trip. They would only give us credit so a week later I tried to book First class tickets to Cali as an alternative bucket list item and because we werent flying First class to ****** (which the airlines doesnt even offer) they wouldnt let us use the credit they gave us!!!!!! This is the worse website to book anything from. I tried renting a car from this site and the site did not load it kept saying it couldn’t not help me at that time to try again . I didn’t want to try anymore but somehow they charged my card and I did t even get a car rental. Priceline would not refund my money.

We were told by the rep that we would get a better price if we booked with them. We were charged $70.00 more than the hotel rate plus no senior discount. They refused to give any adjustments. Never again. Don't use this service.

What a scam priceline is. I booked through ****** got a confirmation and bill from Priceline. I contacted them with problem, and they said I had to call Booking.com to resolve the issue. NOBODY answers their phone, and they just send you on wild goose chases.......I'm assuming because they have no intent on fixing the problem.
