On Google Play-- Priceline's hotel rates are competitive, but less so than they were a year ago. I cancelled a flight and received an e-mail stating that I would be given a refund for the full amount to fly on ******airlines. The e-mail said to call when ready to book a new flight and then they told me because the new flight I was booking cost less that I would lose the difference (over $200). If it were possible to leave zero stars I would. Express booking popped up on my screen as I was booking a room. But when I clicked on it it redirected me to a completely different hotel without telling me. I entered my info and booked not knowing that it wasn’t the hotel that I was standing in. I have used Priceline for years; and am a "VIP" with them. But NEVER again. They have lost my business to ********** They made a reservation for me for a hotel room that according to the website was available, but after entering in my information, suddenly was "unavailable" for two days in a row(the same hotel and the same price.) Honestly, this is not a company; it is a club of scammers. Shame on the owners of this company and all those who work there. Stay away from Priceline and never book a hotel through them. Even being in ****** and booking a hotel in ******* they put the price in USD and don't let you be aware of that until you pay. It is only after paying that a message pop up telling you that the price is in USD. Shame !!!!!!!
Priceline is a horrible company to use. They are untrustworthy, unhelpful and will deliver nothing they have promised. I have been working with them for the last few hours and I have been given no to every single request that was asked. Is it possible to give them no stars? they are frauds and looking to capitalize on their customers misfortune due to covid. i had to cancel my trip to *****on 3/17/20 for a flight 3/18/20 because the whole word was shutting down and i was told not only the hotels but the airport was shutting down . Never book on Priceline! Yes, they do give discounts, but hotel rooms aren’t the best. But that’s fine. The issue is when things don’t go right. And it happened with us. We had booked a package deal for the first time through them but had to cancel due to covid. Infact the flight itself was cancelled. The US closed the border to ***** **** *nd I cant go legally. Priceline is refusing to cancel or refund my $1100 in tickets. This is theft.
