PRICELINE IS A RIPOFF, DO NOT USE. I booked a 4-day hotel reservation through ****(who uses Priceline), was charged the full amount in advance, and had to cancel. I cancelled before the 1-day free cancellation time frame but they charged me for the first night anyway. I called the hotel manager and she assured me that I had cancelled within their 24-hour time-frame and was not charged at her hotel. This company is fraudulent. I will never deal with them again. Bait and switch, refusing to refund or credit on a fully refundable rate! Zero stars is more appropriate. All reservations we made were cancelled because of COVID-19 and this scum-sucking company wants to leech like a bottom feeder and scam me of $450. I hope that bad press and bitter long term relationship was worth it.

*PIGS* They wait over 3 hours to call me back about a refund, and because I missed the call at 11:16 PM, they leave a voice mail asking ME to try again! It's been 5 calendar days since they confirmed my refund without actually doing it. Even with weekends or holidays, no company has extended a simple process like this to full irritation.

Priceline refused to refund my hotel reservation after both my flight to the region had been cancelled due to COVID-19, and I expressed concerns about traveling during the global pandemic. A standard cancellation policy should not, and technically cannot, include an ENTIRELY UNANTICIPATED global pandemic, as that contingency was never contemplated by the parties when entering into the agreement. This company has bad customer service. They are quick to take customers' money for reservations but their customer service is plain awful to put it nicely. My travel plans were changed due to COVID-19 and trying to get help from Priceline has been difficult to address the issue and get a refund. They have really cut corners with their customer service. I would advise others not to use them. They are a poor excuse for a company.

Priceline worked with me on refunding my reservations during the pandemic. The individuals who assisted me were respectful and highly responsive (Priceline’s end of my issue was resolved within 24 hours), and I am thankful. I will definitely book with Priceline again when my trip can be rescheduled.

Booked a vehicle for travel, when I got to the car sales location; they did not have the vehicle I booked. Through my whole day off and lost alot of money because priceline and the vendor does a poor job with communicating the inventory. This is a problem they definitely need to address and fix...

I tried to cancel my car rental with the on Aug 29. Due to the states of ** *** ** travel laws because of COVID 19. I prepaid the fees of about $141 to make it easier when picking it up. So when i talked to them they refused to refund or even company credit. The representative kept stating that is our policy and we can not give refunds sorry.

I purchased a rental car through their site. When I got to the rental center, they would not allow me to rent a car through them even though I paid through Priceline, and I was charged for the rental. I tried to get in contact with Priceline, and they kept jumping me back and forth to one representative to another. I can never get a customer service rep that will help me, or at least get me to the correct contact person. All they do is hope that you give up, and that makes it easier because they don't have to deal with you. ... read more
