Priceline’s customer “service” with regard to the Coronavirus and hotel cancellation policy is unacceptable! My convention was cancelled and now I'm stuck with a hotel room that I have no use of. Cancellations should be easily dealt with during this pandemic.

Terrible company. I understand your no refund policy. But really during Covid19 virus. When the Government tells you not to travel. And Insurance only covers Death I think not sure. I will spend the extra money and book directly with Hotels. In the future Buyer beware.

We booked a trip to west Palm Beach Fl to attend a wedding, Flight was good everything was ok until we checked into the ******* *** ** ********* ***** Hotel needed a good cleaning to say the least, we waited 45 minutes at the front desk in order to get checked in as they couldn't find our reservation! I had the printed receipt from Priceline showing the reservation code etc. After being processed and waiting 45 minutes we proceed to the room, carpets worn and faded, AC extremely loud and the vibration was unbearable! One would think that during this time of a world-wide pandemic because of COVID-19/Coronavirus that a travel company would be sympathetic to the needs of it's customers. This is NOT the case for Priceline.com. I called the company to request a refund OR an opportunity to change a pre-paid car rental. Their representatives said that they could not offer a refund nor allow a change, but that possibly the car rental company *******could assist - just an attempt to get me off the phone. Worst mistake I ever made was booking flights through Priceline. I am a health care worker in the military and I've been trying to talk to someone since 14 March. My trip starts tomorrow, 19 March and I am now out @$800 dollars because of a DoD travel ban on military. I'm very disappointed in there handling of this world wide situation.

due to the virus we are facing about traveling we had to cancel our rental car for **** **. we booked the rental car in Dec to work with our trip on March 18 2020. I know that it states non-refundable, non-changeable even if the reservation not used. My wife and I are in our 70's and was told that we can't go do to our age and health concerns. We had no choice but to cancel all of our travel plans because of this. The hotel in ********* is refunding our 1 night stay even though they had the same policy because of the virus. ... read more

Priceline is taking advantage of people during a crisis by refusing to refund money for tickets and bookings which are unusable due to all of the Covid-19 travel restrictions. They don't deserve to be in business and in fact deserve to have legal action taken against them.

I really do not like leaving reviews, but when you make the all mighty dollar more important then your customesr when the world is dealing with COVID-19 and you make no effort to accommodate change or cancelled plans you deserver 0 stars. Shame on YOU!!!!

Priceline’s customer “service” with regard to the Coronavirus and subsequent car rental cancellations is beyond bad! They are really not following the guidelines set forth by our government during a national emergency. I will never deal with them again and advise everyone else to never use their “service”. How the BBB can give them any type of positive rating makes me question the BBB’s rating system in general.
