Terrible! I will never use Priceline again! I'm tried to get a refund for the different of a room on an ******* deal and was told they could not help! The price was cut in half less than a week later. They were very rude and unprofessional

Worst company ever. Work for the airlines, couldn’t cancel car rental company in time to meet the 24 hour cut off, was placed on hold, transferred twice. Wasn’t planning on canceling rental car for TOMORROW, seats on flight opened up due to the corona virus that is literally killing people. Couldn’t cancel when I found out bc I was boarding / working on plane on flight. Horrible experience renting a car through *************. I bundled the car rental with my flight and I'll never use their service again. I showed up at the car rental agency as soon as I could catch the shuttle from the airport and was told that my rental had expired. I didn't even know this was possible. The rental was PREPAID in its entirety, so how can it expire? I was told that because it was 6 hours after the pick up time on the reservation that it was no longer valid. SO WHAT?!! DO NOT USE PRICELINE! I booked a room for two people and the hotel only had single rooms available. They told me they were going to give me a refund. However, they did not. This is the worst service I have ever received!!!

Made a hotel reservation. No restrictions. Decided to shorten my stay by 1 day (from 4 nights to 3). Website said I could do that, no problem, but it would not process the request. Called customer service. They did it (after multiple phone calls, the last of which was 54 minutes long) but then sent me an e-mail saying that I would still have to pay for 4 nights even though I was only staying for 3. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I called several numbers only to be transferred and hung up on by the agents. After multiple attempts of calling and not being able to speak with a LIVE person, I called using a different number and was put through to a agent. Makes me wonder if they have a call screen system to block certain numbers. I have used Priceline many times however after this experience I would rather pay full price.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have used Priceline many times and always same day. I had a horrible experience today. Even though I had confirmation number the hotel did not have me in the system. I booked 2 hours in advance. When I called Priceline it was in can take up to 24 hours for reservations to get to where it is suppose to go. My ? Then why offer this service was meet with silence. I was offered a 5% coupon code only good for Express deals and had to be used in 2 weeks. I laughed and said I get 10% codes all the... read more

Rented a car and paid for it in full. Tried to cancel the car over 60 days out and was trying to figure out what my refunding options were. Unfortunately, I am out of pocket for ~$150.00, but my experience with customer service, via livechat, was horrible! Terrible customer service. Livechat service was unable to complete a full sentence. Representative kept jumping back and forth referring to a hotel room when I was inquiring about a car rental. Bait click on Business fares. Purchased a one stop flight to ****** both ways. All 4 legs said business class. When itinerary came through economy was the class for one of the legs each way. That leg was 9 hours. Rep was undertrained, I was transferred many times. Basically had to cancel and I was even accused of not reading properly. To be clear...I read, my husband read, my adult child read...no where did it say prior to purchase that I was agreeing to a mixed cabin flight. I got my money back...$12,000.00.
