This used to be my favorite hotel for a staycation, so it's sad to see it brought so low by incompetent management. Nothing is clean, garbage and food litter the hallways and the plumbing is not up to Code. The pool water is yellow and improperly treated, you can visually track where sliding butts and bare feet have worn the mold off pool surfaces, and there was something gross(feces?) smeared and dried to the arcade's bathroom floor. They advertised a hotel for being in one area. i book it and it turns out it is on the other sode of town. Immediately tried calling to vet it cancelled and refunded. They won't budge. Seems like some shady business practices of doing a bait and switch on the customer. Even called the hotel and they won't refund either. Will NEVER use PRICELINE again as they do not business very well and like to participate in illegal marketing schemes.

Priceline has devolved into a terrible company that does not care for customers even one like me who has booked dozens of trips through them. I called within 5 minutes of making a reservation where the room as advertised at $23 but then they added $135.51 to be paid at the hotel. I was used to paying an extra $35 at the hotel so I did not notice when I clicked the book it button. This is the most deceptive purchase I have ever made. Priceline did not honor their written advertising nor email statement to correct it. I purchase economy ticket December with a docment prictured receipt for free carry on and SEAT SELECTION INCLUDED. I could not select my seats, the sole purchase of buying the tickets were for elderly parents was traveling with me and I was trying in insure I could give them reassurance of not being in back of plane and we would be seated together for comfort and medical assurance. I made a reservation in Dec. 2019 concerning a rental car with Priceline for a business trip to **in Feb. of 2020. In mid-Jan. 2020 the trip was canceled so I set about canceling reservations I had made for AirBnB, flights, etc. When I tried to cancel my car reservation I was told that because I had pre-paid there was no refund?! booked a car rental with arrival at **** * **airport arrival time 5:00pm. When we arrived at the airport enterprise counter the price for the auto rental went from Priceline quote of 1,805.97 to 2,207.97 when asked why ......... I booked a hotel room for my family and myself in ***** ** at the ******* ***** * ******* for 3 months from now. Upon completion of my booking I realized I needed an additional night. At the end of the itinerary it asks you if you’d like to add an additional night. I selected yes and added the night I needed. I have been a customer of Priceline since 2016 and I’m very dissatisfied with your website. I have booked many trips, hotels, ect and I can’t believe Priceline website is unreliable and not accurate. In 2019 I booked a trip to ********* ******** with my husband on a package deal hotel and flight. I did some digging and came to find out the hotel was 1 hour out of from the airport. Priceline vacation packages are an internet scam they send you your itinerary with one price and when your trip is complete if you add your flight ,hotel and car rental charges its over the price Quote .And you can call all you want to straiten out the over charge there customer service dept is a joke I can't count how many times I called and explained my problem . the customer service asso. doesn't have a clue on how to do there job you would have better luck contacting there janitorial dept .
