Zero Stars. I asked for a room for 3 adults and 1 child. Priceline booked me a room for 2 adults. The hotel is full and no upgrades available. Priceline will not modify the reservation to accommodate our family. Priceline will not cancel the reservation. I've just spent over $1000 that I can't use and our vacation is ruined. DO NOT USE PRICELINE.COM!

I cannot believe that Priceline.com is the biggest scam out there. I feel like more people should know that if you make a reservation they will say it is non refundable, non transferable and you cannot modify it in anyway. I made a car rental reservation and when I tried to cancel they told me that all of that info is in the contract under "flight information". What the hell, how am I supposed to have read that. Anyway if you call their customer service they will instantly be combative and talk in circles just saying the sam... read more

They are terible. Made reservation online accidentally and 5 minutes later i tried to cancel reservation and was refused cancellation or refund. Was told to deal with third party reservations.com. Both are trash and not customer friendly. Avoid at all cost.

We booked a hotel with Priceline.com five weeks prior to our trip. When we checked in at hotel with confirmation, hotel does not have our reservation. We then were on the phone with priceline for hours, they put us on hold and gave us a another confirmation that belong to someone else. Priceline relocated our hotel hour away from our venue. This is not an experience any customer would want when booking a trip.

Worst customer service representative I've ever spoken with. Incredibly rude right from the get go. Her tone alone was just uncalled for. There is also no way to make a complaint which allows for this behavior to continue.

I can’t even begin to express how terrible and unprofessional Priceline is. I was going to ***** ( Thursday September 25th) from ******* ******I booked the hotel on the 24th around 1pm and received a confirmation number. Early in the morning (around 5 am) I received an email stating the hotel I booked was sold out and they suggested two different options. I called and agreed to one of the options provided... Don't book here they just took my money left us stranded they are advertising rooms they don't have and charging account and refusing to comp room or refund money DO NOT BOOK they are frauding people should have class action lawsuit against them me and my three year old stranded on road nowhere to go cause they took money and won't do anything I repeat avoid at all CO's PSA class action suit

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM! THEY DO NOT REFUND MONEY WHEN YOU DONT STAY AT THE ROOMS AND THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND! WORST SERVICE EVER!

Worst customer service! I made a mistake when booking a flight for one letter and they charged me $30 to change per letter , but if I went through the airline directly there would have been no fee. Worst idea! Do yourself a favor and book directly with the airline and/or hotel.
