I used to support Priceline, but I have completely lost trust in them after seeing the scam they're pulling with their hotels website. I selected "book" on an express deal on 7/20/19, but it didn't go through and instead said the deal "just sold out." The deal then changed to try to push me to other hotels. I went to sleep and woke up the morning of 7/21/19 and went to the express deals again and there it was: the same original express deal was back at the lower price I tried to book it at previously. CROOKS. It is not clear anywhere that trips are NONREFUNDABLE. If you try to change anything about it you call yourself and then you get to call back priceline to give them the name of who you spoke to and then PRICELINE calls them to verify...………………...time waster for sure

I would like to report this site for fake advertising. Their express deals show as available and then when you go to book them they say the inventory is no longer available. Yet the deal stays up on the website for longer than a week. I am surprised this website has an excellent rating given all the negative reviews it is getting from customers. How is this possible? BBB should revisit this rating.

Unprofessional horrible and garbage customer service. We booked a hotel online and when we arrived there after driving 4 hours we were told that the hotel is overbooked and Priceline failed to communicate with them. We called Priceline to resolve the issue, and they had me on the phone for two and a half hours most of it on hold. It already passed midnight and we were exhausted and my two year old is crying basically we got stranded at hotel lobby. If I could give this company a negative zero I would. I booked a hotel online and when I got there I was turned away because Priceline failed to communicate with the hotel and my room was double booked. They got another hotel for me but I was told had to spend an additional $50 for a security deposit for a hotel that was 30 minutes outside of the area I originally booked. Because they wouldn't waive the security deposit, I ended up sleeping in my car, lost the reservation completely and had to pay for the night I never slept... read more

Did online chat with Priceline. Requested to have my rental car term shortened from seven days to four. Initially the rep thought that I wanted to extend my term and he was more than happy to oblige. Once he found out that I wanted to shorten it, he came back and said no. Even if you return early you’re going to be charged the full amount. I gave him a second chance to reconsider his view he said no that’s our policy too bad. I tried to book a trip with Priceline.com and my trip was rejected due to lack of inventory. After trying multiple different flight combinations I was rejected a final time due to insufficient funds. Priceline.com had charged my account $370.55 (an arbitrary number as the total of the trip was over $1,100.00). I was also never provided with an email receipt, or any other documentation suggesting I was charged - I simply was out the cash and my bank confirmed it was withdrawn. I booked 2 different hotels with Priceline. Com. In the same town .2 miles from each other. The first i couldn't have asked for better, the 2nd hotel was disgusting, Dirty, TV did not work, AC weak, shower hit or miss for hot water. I called Priceline.com, spent 30+ mins getting transferred to different departments and never got relocated or for that matter anything resolved. Do not book at ***** ***** ***** * *** ** **** ***** ** ****** ***** **. Has to be the nastiest hotel in Tn period.

We booked a hotel in ****** ******** *** **** ****** *** ******* **) for a friend who was stranded at the airport due to thunderstorms. She arrived at the hotel and checked in very late at night...on her way to the room she witnessed open drug use in and around the hotel and when she arrived at her room it was filthy. She didn't stay and went to a Motel 6 (which had an armed patrol).
