I booked an express deal for X dollars and 5 days later the EXACT same express deal was $1300 cheaper. Per their price guarantee they should have refunded 200% of the difference, as it was the exact same itinerary, but they refused. Their price match is a fraud

Priceline.com is a misleading and deceptive company that needs to undergo an investigation for advertising false information. They failed to disclose mandatory charges from ****** *****charging my credit card $18..00 for parking fees! We asked the front desk hotel employee to point us in the direction for free self parking which she did and upon check out they charged my card without my consent nor acknowledgement. Would not cancel our reservation within 1 hour of booking. My husband surprised me with wrong dates. We tried to cancel the booking, but they would not let us. We were told to phone the hotel to cancel it ourselves. We were told by the hotel that the vendor should be responsible for cancelling the booking because they are the ones who booked it. This is the worst booking site I have ever experienced. You reservation is not guaranteed but they certainly make sure they take your payment. 1) Previously I booked and prepaid for a hotel using Priceline.com and when I went to check-in the hotel was fully booked and the associate at the hotel said my reservation is not guaranteed. Priceline.com is an on line scam company. Misleading customer to purchase a product, by offering something they will not include at the time you go to pick up your product. On my case, "unlimited mileage" on a reservation for a rental car which I made in order to to pick up a car at the airport office. My reservation confirmation document clearly indicated "unlimited mileage" but unfortunately the ***rental car company, informed me that it is not so. Therefore, Plriceline.com is misleading customers.

I went through customer service for an hour. They have told me they do not have the ability to modify my hotel reservation even in the case of my family emergency. I only requested a hotel switch and they still would not give my $200 back. This has put me into a horrible position. I will not be using Priceline again. The customer service is absolutely non-existent.

First of all, Priceline has attempted to fraudulently charge my card twice within one week and I didn’t even book with them. Called the most horrible customer service ever and they refused to look into it and just told me to call my bank. ??. They need to be investigated because they are frauding people every day!

Dear Priceline Customer service Management *COMPLAIN* I was supposed to rent a car through your Priceline company, but unfortunately I was not able to accept the unexpected deal change to our reservation, regarding an eventual extra mileage usage charge. Firstable, we rented the car using your online agency, because of the specification on the front page and rate information which indicated "UNLIMITED" mileage. Major bait and switch! Reserved a hotel room and it clearly said no payment required and that the reservation can be canceled. Credit card only for holding the reservation. I had 3 other people looking at the room reservation on my phone who saw the same thing. They immediately charged my card and when I called to have the charges removed they said the reservation can NOT be canceled.
