Unacceptable customer service and resolution. I booked a package Deal including a car and flight. Priceline book the car for 5 hours before the flight lands with the ***car rental they chare a penalty for coming 3 plus hours late. They would not take any responsibility for the fact that their system booked it for the wrong time. Additionally they offered me a $46 refund and only refunded 19.00 to my credit card. If I could give Priceline zero stars I would. There is no reason for even 1 star. I booked a non refundable reservation for 2 rooms and need to confirm with the hotel that one room was a double and the other a king which thankfully I did because when I contacted the hotel, they didn’t have my reservation. DON'T USE PRICELINE. They'll sell you a worse version of what you actually want, leave you on the hook for the marked-up difference, then shrug and say it isn't their fault they're bad at telling their clients the difference between Economy LIGHT and Economy CLASS. They basically double charged me.. I didnt find out till driving 8 hours, checking into the hotel and then being on hold for 10 minutes.. I hung up. They charged my card twice and basically told me I am out of luck. So enjoy the $200.. you have lost all my business and familys. *** **** **** ****** ******

WOW!! Now I feel like a complete idiot because I did not check here first!! Summary: The night of our concert changed. Completely out of my control. We are still 7 days away from the reservation date. I tried to First: Change the date of the reservation. Second: Get a refund (even a partial refund) to cancel the reservation. Awful company to deal with. Very bad customer service. Avoid of possible. Use any other travel originator, any other option will be better than Priceline. Am actually quite shocked that no one has investigated the clearly nefarious dealings that many people have experienced.
Worst customer service ever experienced in this country. Reserved a hotel for 5 nights through Priceline. Surprised to see a room with single bed after check-in as I clearly asked for 2-bed during online reservation. However I could not prove it as the reservation email they sent only said "1 Double Or 1 Queen Bed - Standard Room". Stayed for the first night with wife and child.
