Booo YOU STINK!!!! These people took $150.00 from my account for a stay at a hotel that DID NOT HAVE MY ITENERARY!! So I had to book another hotel at around $150.00 more!!! I called to get refund and they tell me not applicable because I was a no -show, when I totally showed up at 8:30 after driving from *** Understand this is NOT right. Do not book through them. I booked a rental car through Priceline for my trip to ******* over Thanksgiving about a week or two before the date I needed to pick the car up. I took a red-eye flight from ******** ** ****** **and arrived around 6 am (when the rental car location, Executive Car Rentals, was set to open). As a ******** I know I was just knowlingly mislead by Priceline into thinking that they charge the rates in ******** when it is actually in USD. Buyer beware ********s stay away from Priceline and their misleading booking rates. They it make seem you are getting bargain ....
This company does not value their customers!!! Priceline is misleading customers to think that you can save $100 instantly by applying for the Priceline ***** This is simply untrue. I made the mistake of applying for their credit card and I was not able to use the Priceline Visa to book my flight or save the $100 as they advertised on Priceline.com website. During the flight booking process an option came up to select a basic package, discount package classic. I selected the discount package for an additional $70 per person which included 1 checked bag. After completing the purchase I noticed in the summary of charges it wasn't itemized so I wondered how the airline would know I paid an additional fee to check a bag - I didn't want to be charged twice. The worst of the worst. Crooks and Scam Artists. DO NOT USE!
Showed up to rental company and they had no record of our reservation despite a confirmation send by priceline the day before. Car was booked 4 months in advance. Company had no car available and we had to go find another company, the only car left was twice the price and Priceline did nothing to help cover the costs or resolve the situation. We called to make a reservation a month ago. The lady that helped us make the reservation, failed to mentioned that the reservation was nonrefundable. Today we tried to change the destination because they reserved the wrong time AND place! and they told us that they cannot change the destination and that the reservation is nonrefundable when we still have more than a month before our reservation starts. Priceline did a deplorable job keeping my credit card information safe. Someone stole my identity and booked a room for 227.95 and priceline did not even attempt to refund my money or try to solve the problem. They said it was my problem to figure out. Horrible customer service. They could not provide me with their safety protocols. She was lost. I asked what have you done when this happened in the past? She had no answer. This business gets zero stars rating
